Belk is the best Kerrville has. Come by and check the clearance out, lots of great deals all the time!!!!

I don't understand recent Google reviews that say this is an awesome store, that it's neat and easy to find things. What I experienced today was just more decline in an already mess of a store. Packed clothing racks, with little in the right place, and clothes on the floor, purses piled on top of purses, and in the wrong areas. The dressing room is still dark and dingy. Once again, the women's plus area is impossible to shop in due to a total lack of organization. The Kerrville Belk has become one of the worst stores I have ever been in. Nothing changes for the better in this store. If anything, it continues to deteriorate. Even the once organized men's department is now in shambles. Belk used to be the go to department store in Kerrville, but no longer. Now it's just a dump. I have reached out to corporate more than once, and get the same reply. read more

We are loving Belk in Kerrville! Both Mom and I have discovered it as our hidden gem! You must shop early. By afternoon and evening the store is a mess. No help to organize during the day.

Belk is one of my favorite spots to shop in Kerrville. A fantastic selection of clothing, shoes and of course the beauty products!

Dang, it. I had a great review working. I guess I did something &l ost the whole thing. I love shopping at Belk & I wanted to write a compelling review. I will do my best to reconstruct the high points: The menswear department is arranged with some sort of marketing science because each time I go there it looks like an explosion of color. No knock-offs here. Things are folded, and tidy. They have this swimwear line, made from a great deal of recycled plastic. Pretty good idea! The result is a bright, colorful, light fabric swimsuit, indicative of a far more expensive brand. Right now, I'm into the PGA Tour brand. Activewear. so comfortable, that I wear it even when I'm not at my golf club. Tasteful patterns that hold their colors. Amazing prices for this hi-tech, lightweight, 4way stretch, microfiber. I find many items at the $30-$40 price point. You will also find high-quality caps at $11-$12. Some items, such as sweaters & vests cost a little more. But still reasonable. The middle of your round of golf is not the place to find out how uncomfortable your cotton twill, Dockers are. I hate Dockers. I also have a thing for buttons. Don't you hate when you buy a blazer or an Oxford cloth, a button-down collar shirt? Suddenly, 3 weeks later a button falls off or it breaks at the cleaners? Bottom line, The Belk brand rocks! Incredible price points, awesome discounts & promotions. For instance, I found this sports coat that I really wanted. Turns out they had this promotion where you buy 1 blazer or sports coat, get 2 free. Amazingly, I went home with 3 jackets. In essence, I encourage folks to shop at Belk. Put them through their places. Compare quality. Spend money on the quality & selection of the clothing, housewares, fragrance, bedding & more @ Belk, located at the Riverhills Mall, in Kerrville, Texas. Guess my other review is gone. In March 2022 ordered 6 items and returned 3 items for a refund. It has been over 2 months with countless phone calls and chat sessions and the company has refused to process the refund to my account. They have confirmed receipt of the 3 items, as well as, created multiple case inquiries but will not issue a refund. read more

One of best stores ever! Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. If you wait a week after new clothes come in, they will be on sale at great discount! Every December they open early one day for Blue Santa shoppers and give a big discount on the clothes for the children. I have friends in Boerne who come here just to stop at Belks. read more

The employees are very nice. That's where good ends. :( The selection is ridiculous on just about anything, but the very worst part is the dressing rooms. They are disgusting!!! They are so filthy that they stink! Not to mention they are full of clothes from previous customers. Yuck! read more

I went in to the bell Clinique counter. The actual Clinique counter person was working. I asked which moisturizer contained hyaluronic acid. Her answer "I don't know." Ok. But that should be the end of the conversation of a salesperson. Why didn't she say, "but let me find out" or "I'll look it up" Nope. Just I don't know. USELESS. No wonder this mall has no business. We do most of our clothing shopping here and all household items . And find it is just as good as Dillard's in San Antonio without the crowded highways. Have always found all employees very helpful and the discounts are amazing , have been shopping here for about 20 years. Have brought friends of ours here and they love it. The rewards with an elite card are great. We shop here from Bandera Texas. Disregard the San Francisco no way I would live there. something is posted wrong. read more

I'm really disappointed in this store. I really wanted to like it, but I have never had a good experience here. The manager is VERY rude and obviously does not care about his customers. He acts like a spoiled child that has never been told "no". I would not recommend this store and I will never be going there again. read more

Yes, To whom it may concern, I am a long time Estee Lauder customer! I have never had a complaint until recently. At the Kerrville Belk Store Estee Lauder Counter I have always dealt with one lady (Isabel Lopez). She is the epitome of style, grace and courtesy! Upon the passing of her husband recently she was absent from the store for a short period of time due to first his illness and then his death. During this time another woman named Sara took her place for a little while, I went in and have never been met with such arrogance and someone not really listening to what I needed or wanted. I got only one or two things that I went in to purchase and another that I don't even use because SHE thought I could use it. The end result was that the product (foundation) was too light for my skin tone and is now a $45 mistake that just sits in my makeup kit! I am letting you know because Isabel has always taken such good care of all of her clients that go to the counter and ask for her because we know that she has our best interest at heart! I Love the store and I Love Estee Lauder, if Isabel were to leave I would follow her to wherever she would locate to next.
