Good morning everyone .My journey began in 2016 when I decided to start losing weight. My doctor and I decided I needed to lose a few pounds. As I have horrible back pain due to several different medical issues. So I began with exercise. Swimming everyday at the local YMCA. At first I took several back to back exercise classes. And swam in between classes. Then decided to do it on my own. So I then got up every morning and swam for an hour everyday. Seemed to help some but not enough. So then I started taking diet pills. Which also helped but not enough. Then I read about Hypnotherapy. I made a call and met with Pam London best call I ever made. I think I had 3 sessions with Pam. In a very cozy relaxed environment. Thinking to myself this will never work hypnotize me NEVER that's something you just see on tv. Well let me tell you after my very first session I was AMAZED and in AWE. Not only did I feel better but I listened to my recordings every day for weeks and months. I started to lose more and more weight.. Not only did I lose weight but it helped with my pain and my nerves and helped me when I flew. I just popped my head phones in on my flight just before take off and before I knew it we were landing. Stress free flight was like I wasn't on the plane at all. Yes I still exercise and take my diet pills and listen to my recordings from Pam at ( BELIEVE IN HYPNOTHERAPY) but with all this help and it's been 2 years I'm down a whopping 88 yes 88 pounds and haven't put an ounce back on and still headed in the right direction. My Drs. goal was to lose the 88 pounds but my goal is to lose another 30 pounds and I know I will get there. And my greatest thanks is to Pam London at BELIEVE IN HYPNOTHERAPY it really does work we worked on achieving a low Carb diet A healthy eating Plan and Portion Control. Today I eat what I want I just eat less of it and I use a smaller plate. I put smaller portions on my plate and of course I don't eat the crap that's not good for you. I also don't eat til I feel full I can push my dish away with food still on it. And I drink lots and lots of water which fills me up. Thanks so much Emma read more
