Hi I'm in the motel room today I think I just discovered a two side mirror in front of the bed ,but other than that the rooms are really nice just outdated tvs

Clients beware! I'm honestly shocked at some of the recent "good" reviews on Google from this motel which now seem sketchy and false to me. I should have payed close attention to the majority of the reviews but I thought let's give this place a chance since the recent reviews are decent. I booked this place for my family to beat the extreme heat wave since our place has no A.C. Upon checking into our room, I was met with instant regret and I could see it all over my daughters faces. My youngest instantly asks "why does the room smell like that"? I knew what she was referring, the smell of smoke and mold, although I saw no mold, but I could definitley smell it. The room #103, was in desperate need of repairs and a makeover. The furniture was worn and torn with stains on it. The ground tile had a huge chunk missing. The bathroom door had a bad patch job with what seemed like a fist has previously gone through it. The walls were so dirty that it seemed like no one had cleaned them up in ages. Dont get me started on the AC unit! First of all the unit was not properly installed into the wall, it had a visible gap between the wall and unit with some cushion blue stuff in it to fill the gap. The AC did not have its original labeling, it was only written in marker for on, cool and high. We turned it on, put it on cool and that thing did not cool what so ever! It only shot out humid room temp air. The AC itself was beyond dirty! The vents were full of dust like no tomorrow, that once turning it on, it instantly activated my daughters allergies. The bed sheets, omg they had stains on them! My mind was completely blown away by how this establishement has the audacity to rent our their rooms in these terrible conditions. The pictures online definitley do not reflect what the actual real room is. This is false advertisment and it completely tricked me. We instantly checked out after being here for only 30 minutes since this was not suitable for us, especially my kids. I took photos too have proof that this place is ridiculously bad. $224 was my total cost for 2 nights, and since I booked on Booking.com, there are now refunds. Which seems unfair to me since this place could not have provided us any relief or comfort what so ever. Do yourself a favor and take my review as a sign do not waste your time or money on this place. Don't make the same mistake as I did. This establishment definitely has false advertisements which is illegal and they fact that it's open and operating should be illegal! How has the city of Tustin not inspected this place?!?!?!

    So spacious!

Anna was the best from the Start! Got us in with no problem! She definitely has a heart and cares about her guests! If I'm ever in Tustin again I'll be back!!

Good stay. I would recommend this place for moderated rate. Good restaurants back street at walking distance.

Don't stay here. It is very dirty and it's ghetto. They hardly even the place where we stayed at. There was hair in the freezer.

Perhaps my ignorance. - It's near a highway and their happened to be construction on the stretch of road riiiiiiiiight behind the hotel. I had a little difficulty going to sleep (to be fair, I'm a light sleeper). - During checkout, a guest in front of me showed up late and was told that company policy is to charge an extra fee for no-show (even though the guest was happy to pay for the prior night he was absent). Seemed really odd to charge a fee since the hotel is making money either way. - "The market" items are somewhat expensive and no prices are listed. The selection was pretty sparse. - One of the elevators had an odd series of vibration when stopping at the floor. Despite that, I enjoyed the experience. All of the staff were super nice and friendly. I'm just not sure it's worth the premium price per night.

Sedated by its lofty Yelp ratings, I arrived with optimism bordering on naïveté. Mere hours before check-in, however, I received a portentous call: the establishment had indulged in the ancient art of overbooking and inquired whether I might exile myself to a different hotel -- this was notably unaccompanied by compensation, contrition, or even a perfunctory coupon. I declined. The inn itself reclines beside the freeway in what might generously be described as an auditory amphitheater. My room, strategically stationed beside the parking lot, afforded me immersive access to the oratory stylings of late-night congregants and the dulcet hum of interstate transportation. Soundproofing was aspirational. I may as well have resided in a cardboard box on Skid Row. The bedding was laughably minimal: a sheet of ecclesiastical thinness and pillows with the structural integrity of neglected paperbacks. The bathroom featured a lone hair in the sink -- perhaps a memento from a prior pilgrim -- and black grime curating the corners. As I washed my hands, I was visited by a surprise guest: a cockroach scuttling across sink. The following morning, I discovered a foreign toenail clipping nestled in my bed, as though the housekeeping staff had wished to leave me a keepsake. Not to be outdone, some nocturnal arthropod elected to feast upon me in three distinct locales, each bite swelling with concerning severity. Upon checkout, I was informed -- with bureaucratic serenity -- that my failure to summon staff at midnight rendered all grievances retroactively inadmissible. Having merely desired a safe and hygienic sanctuary in which to repose after evenings with friends, I was instead treated to a masterclass in institutional indifference. Compensation remained as mythical as the orange grove itself. In sum: a stay so memorably abysmal it borders on performance art. I shall not return, though I do hope the establishment one day aspires toward cleanliness, humility, and perhaps fewer toenails.

I come back to my room after a long day at work and as a woman traveling by myself, I don't want a stranger coming into, essentially my bedroom to see why it won't work. They just really need to make sure things. work ahead of time. Since I was unwilling to have a strange man come into my room, they offered no other remedy. In addition to the TV failing at basic functionality, the HVAC unit in the room had this fun whine about it. I totally understand a fan sound but this was not that, it was an audible whine. Loud enough that I had to increase the volume of the TV I down it out and made falling asleep challenging I assumed that the rest of the evening would be uneventful, I thought wrong. I received a phone call from the front desk at 12:30 a.m. ... they thought that I had a food delivery in the lobby, and they wanted to let me know that they wouldn't allow the delivery person up to the rooms. The problem is is that I was SOUND ASLEEP and I most certainly did not place a food order. I couldn't get back to sleep and was exhausted the next day for work. Because that's why I traveled here, for work. I think that is reasonable to expect that before a hotel employee calls a guest's room AFTER MIDNIGHT, there should be an emergency - perceived or actual. At the very least, they should be triple-checking to make sure they're calling the correct room. And when it comes right down to it, they have no business inserting themselves into that transaction. Anyone who orders anything to be delivered generally has an ongoing text conversation with the delivery person. Everyone knows that. It was ridiculous for this person to feel that they needed to call my room. Uncalled for. Maddening. Ridiculous. Incompetent. When you stay at a hotel, there are some really basic expectations, and an opportunity for a decent night's sleep is at the very top of that list. This hotel failed in an epic way. I travel to this area on a regular basis for business, and I can assure you that I will travel extra distance to ensure that I do not have to stay here again.
