I see Homeless people everyday in the community, picking out trash from the park trash cans and it's unsafe having kids around when homeless are every. The public bathroom only has a male restroom when theirs a female restroom perfectly fine but yet it's closed. The playground been closed for 3 months and still hasn't fixed it. Most of the lights around the complex doesn't even work or looks like dodo. Loud and noisy neighbors always trying to get in someone business. The road are all messed up around but only fixed the roads infront of the complex. The management are extremely rude and it's nearly impossible to contact them. The chemicals in the pool were harmful to others but yet had it open for the public then recently closed for "maintenance" when they can't even fix anything. Honestly, this place isn't worth staying here.

We moved in Oct. 2019 and only planned to live here a month, until we could find something longer term, that we thought we would enjoy more, but because the neighborhood - park is so comfortable, friendly, well managed and maintained, we decided to stay until our new home was ready for move in. Al at the property management company has been great to work with. He streamlined the whole move in - move out process. He always returned all calls and texts and addressed any questions we had. He also followed through with everything discussed. We appreciated his honesty, everything was as agreed on. The park has a wonderful onsite Manager that welcomes you, makes you instantly feel at home and is able to answer any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The onsite groundskeeper also makes sure to check up on you and answer any questions you may have and help in any way he can. I wasn't familiar with rv hookups and he was always available and more than happy to help. This was our first time staying at a park and thanks to these good people, it was a very enjoyable experience! The community here is also very friendly and respectful of one another. This all makes for a really great place to call home! This property is impressively gated, has excellent views and is constantly being upgraded w beautiful drought friendly landscaping. If you are looking for a place to call home, Sycamore Park is definitely worth a visit!! We looked at several other parks and options, and nothing else compared. Current manager isn't enforcing the park rules. Alot of the older homes are multiple families. The park looked it's best when Carmin was still manager. The last park inspection did absolutely nothing. People from outside the park are filling up our dumpsters, Newport Pacific needs to come in here and really take a good look at our park..... My property values are dropping because of the conditions here...

They have security. Pool is nice. The park is small and crappy but safe. The clubhouse is clean and large and host holiday events and personel partys. I feel safe walking arround during day and night. Kids play dont park your car on the roads though there is a tow company that sharks for cars. Its a wonderfull place and quiet at night. She treats them as if she were the owner of the mobile home. She enters the spaces without permission and never fixes anything. She enters your porches to decide what to put on them. She wants to enter your space and tell you what to have, oh no, in it. They do not approve of fences aplication why ? The reason she don't want nothing to be in her way to stop her to go in to spaces .she is in violation on right of privacy.she never ask for permissions.She makes fun of the mobile home owners saying that they are Indios only because they speak spanish .she said she is the boss on mobile homes park. What is the point of the mobile home owners buying their homes there? It seems that they are renting the house and space. The mobile home manager puts and invents that you are violating the park rules even if it is not true. And you talk to the corporation and they support her. Without really knowing that the park manager invents violations against many people.
