Unfortunately, what they were not great about was being forthright on additional charges that I might incur. Tucked away in the rental contract was a clause that dealt with weight. Any other time I have rented a dumpster, the understanding was that I could fill that bin to the top of it's walls. Weight was never a consideration, nor is it something that I could have had an efficient manner to track...short of weighing every piece of trash going into the dumpster. Apparently, once the dumpster was taken from my property to the landfill, it was weighed and an additional charge levied. A few weeks after I rented this dumpster, I was informed that ADR was charging me another $366, almost twice my rental fee, for the weight of my trash. When I reached out to ADR, they offered me no resolution. When I made a comment about the amount of rain that we had during the rental, the customer service representative simply stated that it is good practice for their customers to cover the dumpster during inclement weather??!! Wow, thanks for going the extra mile on quality customer service and conflict resolution!? Obviously, the mistake is mine for not doing a scrutinous read of the contract, but again, we are talking a dumpster rental here not a red line of a commercial real estate transaction. At the end of the day, this approach to doing business feels shady and disreputable. It has left me highly dissatisfied. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I will need another dumpster on my property for our final move out of this house in a couple of months. That rental will definitely be with another company and I strongly encourage others to steer clear of Affordable Dumpster Rental.

The whole "We respond/answer to every request/email" bit? Flat out lie. One of the six companies we called didn't even know their own pricing, scheduling, or availability, and told me to call back in a few days after they had some time to research where their containers were currently at and to find a price sheet. Ahhhh, no. None of these places should brag about how great their customer service is on their web pages - total joke. The seventh company I called to get information from, On Time Disposal, was THE ONLY ONE who was ready to do business. Faigy provided easy to understand pricing and was happy to answer our questions. On Time Disposal also offer the longest time to have the containers (two full weeks versus five days) and by far the best price of what we could find out online for the other six companies who suck at customer service. We didn't have to wait weeks to get a dumpster, either. Within a couple of days, a big roll off dumpster was dropped off right where we asked them to put it in our driveway. We kept it for three weeks, and called for pickup when it was full. No fuss or stress involved. Upon pickup, absolutely no mess was left by On Time Disposal (no bits fell out when bin was loaded or driven away) when they picked up the dumpster. We definitely can't say the same for the company who picks up our weekly trash! No damage was done to our driveway or yard by either their truck or the container. On Time Disposal Inc is a great company and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more or better.

Thank you! Backstory: T.J. from Wingle Septic did a camera study of my home's pipes to locate the septic tank for a clean out. He told me the septic tank was "somewhere here under these two deck footings, and all that gravel. Those footings and part of the deck need to be removed, the stockade fence and horizontal posts need to be removed, and my crew doesn't hand dig, you need to excavate the gravel yourself because my equipment is too big." I was devastated. I spent weeks shoveling and removing the gravel and then called Wingle Septic twice, leaving voicemails. T.J. did not return two voicemails. I had no confidence now for Wingle Septic and decided to use another company. I had a contractor come out to evaluate moving the two deck footings and he said he strongly felt the camera study result I received was too vague and recommended another camera study before dismantling my deck. Thank goodness for his advice and honesty! Joe from Septic Experts was recommended highly by several people for his excellent reputation, professional employees and great customer relations. I spoke with Kim, the Office Manager, and explained my situation. She assured me that they could handle everything. Joe came and said there would not be any problem getting his equipment into my yard. He also said his company would have removed all the gravel if it was necessary. Kim referred me to a gentleman that accurately located the septic tank in the pathway of the yard....nowhere near my deck, the stockade fence and the footings... I did NOT need to move deck footings! Wingle Septic was completely wrong! I had spent weeks excavating gravel for nothing. I can't imagine the cost and waste of money Wingle Septic would have cost me!! Joe's team came, dug up the lid, installed risers and a new lid, thank you for a great job! I wish I had contacted you first! Thank you!
