FAR different than I had been told. I told him never mind (although then wasn't sure what my next plan was!) and he was able to juggle the price with his supervisor.. still no where near what I had been quoted over the phone, but better than $828. The team was very professional and took great care hauling things from my basement.. All in all, I was satisfied with the work.. it was the drastic cost difference that tainted my view.

I hired this company on 8/13/25, and the experience was awful from start to finish. They were scheduled for 9 AM but didn't arrive until after 10. The original quote was $379 for the first two hours with two movers and $169 for each additional hour (spoke with John). Without asking me, they decided to bring a third mover, which raised the rate to $515 for the first two hours and $239 for each additional hour. Jake assured me this would save money because the move would go faster, but instead, it dragged on for seven hours just to move some furniture and boxes. To make things worse, Jake didn't even have a proper receipt--he reused an old one and scribbled over it. During the move, they dropped my couch off the truck and broke both front legs. Jake admitted it, saying, "Well, that happens. I'll come back and fix it." We paid in full immediately (they also charge extra for credit card payments), but as of 9/19/25, the couch is still broken and Jake has never come back. This company is unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. Use them at your own risk.
