I tried Buche a la Reine at Beim Lentz in Luxembourg recently. The dish was hearty: creamy with lots of meat. Flavourwise, the dish was a bit too bland and needed some salt and pepper. It also felt like beer/alcohol was needed as the creaminess was overwhelming. The pastry part was good. The salad and fries were good. Overall, I'd give it 8/10 read more
