We had a last minute print job pickup for the funeral of a close family member the next day. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and realized that what we ordered didn't make sense (completely our fault) and we would need a do-over. Without missing a beat, the lone printing staff member looked at us and offered to do a reprint. She worked with us to get the job done right and expressed genuine care and compassion.
