1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed -- Wrinkles, Headaches, and Zero Follow-Up…read more I trusted this med spa and invested THOUSANDS of dollars in Emface treatments based on their promises of lifting and tightening. Instead, I ended up with wrinkles I never had before. My forehead began forming lines that were not present prior to treatment. Because of the damage, I had to spend an additional $715 on Botox just to try to correct what Emface did--yet my forehead is still moving, the wrinkles are still there, and my brows look even worse. On top of that, I've been experiencing more headaches since the treatment. And my eyebrows now have an unnatural "bat wing" shape that makes me look constantly surprised. It's embarrassing and has affected my confidence. I called the office, explained everything in detail, and even offered to do another ARIA scan so they could compare before-and-after images and see the changes for themselves. This was after I had already spent thousands of dollars with them. No one ever followed up. No call. No email. No concern. Nothing. A reputable med spa should stand behind their results and at the very least check on a patient who reports new wrinkles, visible asymmetry, and headaches after treatment. The complete lack of response is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I don't want anyone else spending this kind of money just to look worse and then be ignored.
