It is new, friendly, modern, clean - and reasonably priced! they use the latest technology to keep the property smelling wonderful and we especially love the suite for two dogs to stay together, which is spacious AND includes a small private outdoor patio! We can definitely tell our dogs love it there and they are very happy and well adjusted when we pick them up... and on our way, we can hardly contain their excitement! Anne was a godsend. A few hours after she left we all (puppy and people) slept through the night with only one potty break! Anne gives great advice that is easy to follow - at the end of the day puppy training is about training the owners not the pup! She is super calm and very knowledgeable. She was easy to work with from a scheduling and payment perspective as well. We will definitely work with her again when our pup hits the 12 week mark!

She emailed me every day while I was away and it was very helpful to get my messages and to know when important mail had arrived. She also took care of a few household projects happily and I appreciated that very much. When you have to be away from home there is nothing more comforting than knowing that the person you have left in charge is mature, thoughtful and well organized. And...of course the best part...is that my cats were HAPPY and LOVED. Thank you ANNE!
