They have impeccable taste, a major sense of humor and truly executed my vision better than I could have ever put into words. The arrangements and the votives pulled the whole room together and made each table shine! Just perfect. The roses scattered down the aisle were elegant, yet effortlessly chic. I adored my bouquet and the men's boutonnieres, which added not only to our outfits, but the overall vibe of the wedding. Great local businesses are made by the people who care about them. Sometimes I'm so impressed with…read morepeople, the plain and basic substance of who they are and how they treat me, that it makes the whole experience. I'm sold. I've found another place to invest my local bucks in, and I'll go out of my way to do so at Silver Springs. I tried the shop near my house. It was 9:30 in the morning and I need a bouquet pronto, but the place was closed, and as usual the "Open" sign had been left on all night. Man, that bugs. Anyway, I pulled out the ole Yelp app and let my fingers do the talkin' (remember that phrase?), which delivered five or six other businesses. The only open shop was downtown, and I was headed there anyway, so I called. Is it possible to actually listen to a smile? I think it's possible. The guy was friendly. Receptive. Invested in what I wanted. And ready to get 'er done in about 30 minutes. Perfect. And when I saw the smiles from the guy on the phone and the woman working the register, I was sold. I loved the bouquet. Loved the business. Felt like family. And I don't care how convenient online flower delivery companies are, they'll never, ever be able to smile at me, so if I'm shopping locally, I'm going to Silver Springs. Simple as that.

It's good to see that I was right about the customer service being strong on my last review. I didn't even ask for a refund, it was offered by the business owner, I'm glad old school American customer service isn't dead in this country. Previous review: I wanted to really be super positive so I'm rounding my review up to 4 stars. They were really nice in the store and accommodating even though it was right before Valentine's Day. So that's gotta be worth something. I feel like the customer service and general friendliness was worthy of 5 stars. I just had a few gripes, so for one, I wanted to make my arrangement bigger , but it looks like by doing so it ended up looking cluttered. I think I would have benefited from having a larger vase , and maybe different placement of stuff. What ended up happening was they just added more flowers to a pre existing arrangement so that's why it looked a bit smashed. In pictures it doesn't look like I spent over $200 but in person it does look a bit better. I was also hoping for roses that weren't fully bloomed, they replaced a couple for me that were like that but when I came the next day to pick them up I noticed many more that were fully bloomed. Which isn't a problem per se , but it means the flowers probably won't live too long because they are at the end of their life cycle. The bow was really pretty I wish they had a larger one when the arrangement got bigger you couldn't really notice it as well as you could on their pre arranged ones. I kinda wished I would have had an option to design one from the ground up , but I get it, it's Valentine's Day people are busy. I'm also not going to say anything negative about the price, because it just seems like Albuquerque in general just has really expensive flowers. I'm originally from LA and we have a massive flower market with florists in them where we pay half of the prices in this town. So I've been growing accustomed to that part. For me, the thing that sets apart a florist from let's say, getting flowers at Whole Foods, is the customization , fine details, artistry, execution, and design that you miss out on by buying flowers from a place like that. I know times get busy, just hoping next time I'll have the forethought to get more involved and ask if it might look more full in a bigger vase or if I should go buy a larger bow myself and wrap it, etc. Ya know? Just to make things perfect. Ultimately a perfect gift is priceless

I got married just about a week ago, and I could not be happier with Aspire Floral. During my planning process, I reached out to several of the popular wedding florists in town...the customer service was mediocre and the price points were high. I came across Aspire in a local wedding magazine, and not only were they easy to work with, but their price points were fair. I set up an initial meeting with Alex. We walked through my Pinterest inspiration boards--of course--then he brought out some sample flowers for me to take a look at. From that one meeting, Alex knew exactly what to do.
