In response to the post from Elizabeth, I am sorry your child missed out on the face painting. I did indeed contract for FP 2 hours, like the other add ons for our zoo event, they were on until 8:30. The thought was as it got dark people would be wrapping up at event. They actually stayed open longer to do as many kids as possible. Please email me, work, if there's something I can do to make up for this. The quality of their work is just outstanding and should not be reflected by rating their business low. They took their time on each face, creating a truly flawless piece of art for each kid. Probably one of the best face painting I've seen in the ABQ area. I was first in line, but there were a number of young children lined up behind me who were in total awe of my spider. I headed back to the music, but I should have stayed to see what else Susan created . . . did any of the children get a spider too? Susan is available for a variety of events - "parties, corporate events, grand openings, baby & bridal showers" - plus she does "glitter parties". I'm not even sure what glitter parties are, but they sound like fun. (Perhaps you would want to do them outside . . . . imagine cleaning up afterwards?) Luna offered a really competitive hourly rate, she was responsive to the specifics of the venue, and she showed up on time. She asked permission to bring her son, since it was an evening event on a weekend, and I was cool with it. She arrived with a suitcase of materials, and in minutes she was open for business. And she quickly wowed the crowd. I got a lot more than I anticipated. It was as if Hello Kitty caught a G6 from Japan to the Taj Mahal and spent the next week getting tattooed in henna for her upcoming nuptial with Rainbow Dash. Luna specializes in henna, as well as tattoos, and she doesn't skimp on glitz, so in the end many of the 20-some adults were blinged out, to boot. I'd say she averages five minutes per subject, and considering the intricate quality of the work, you'll be farting glitter by the end, too. Totally solid work. Hire her.
