The Spinach au gratin was amazing! Really stole to meal. The rib eye came out on a skillet still sizzling. Asked for medium, as it came out it was medium rare. No big issue for me. The flavor was good, there was no overbearing seasoning. Just a salt and pepper splash to allow the flavor of the meat to come through. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I would suggest this place if you are in the area and want a good restaurant that feels a bit more upscale than it presents.

The shrimp pasta was kind of bland and dry. I couldn't smell or taste any garlic in it. It definitely improved the pasta. The salmon was pretty good. It was perfectly cooked.. The Florentine rice was pretty decent and it's hard to mess up broccoli. The glazed they used on the salmon was a bit too sweet for me; but, that is a subjective thing. We ordered their special lemonade that changes color. It was a Halloween special I think. Didn't change the taste as far as I could tell. If I had to summarize it, I would say it's your typical mall food. I've had worse. Much worse. I think I should've tried their pizza. After World War I, over 70,000 combat veterans moved to Mexico City to start a new life and escape the pains of war. Seventeen of these veterans decided to form the American Legion in Mexico City, as shown in the enclosed photo. Eventually, they settled on a building which used to be a brothel. Visit the second floor and terrace to see the rooms frequented by the Johns. It is not clear what connection these veterans had to the brothel, which was nicknamed "Lover's Roost."
