Not long afterward I gathered all of the equipment needed to brew using the all-grain method. Rick has every grain malt that I named to him for making all kinds of beer. He has all of the yeasts and hops, also. I usually just stick with my favorite, 2-row mahr, crystal 40, Safale yeast, and Centennial hops to make an excellent clone of Bells Two-Hearted IPA. Rick has been nothing but kind, patient, supportive and extremely helpful since I met him in 2013. He's my go-to guy!

The brewery is located in an industrial area and has tanks and barrels around the indoor seating. There is also outdoor seating. Every beer I had was fantastic. I even tried one called Elvis Presley. It is a stout, which I normally don't like. However, this one was amazing. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this brewery.
