They were thorough and I didn't have to wait long to get seen. The front office was very courteous and helpful and their hours make it really convenient to get quality care. read more

Save yourself the agony and go to a Xpress Urgent Care on Gateway Blvd instead. I visited BeeperMD Urgent Care in Boynton Beach this morning for what turned out to be a sinus infection. I had been feeling extremely ill all night and arrived right when they opened, hoping to be seen quickly and get some relief. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, there was no one at the front desk. A provider told me that someone would be out shortly to check me in. The front desk employee names Bea arrived a few minutes later and, without much acknowledgment or greeting, began setting up and speaking with staff before starting my check-in. As someone who was feeling sick and uncomfortable, I already felt somewhat dismissed. I was asked to complete registration forms on my phone. I explained that I wasn't feeling well and would have appreciated more direct assistance, but was told I needed to complete the forms electronically. The bigger issue came when I was told that my insurance was inactive and that I could not be seen. I provided my current insurance information and showed proof through my insurance app, but was repeatedly told the coverage was not valid. I knew my insurance was active, which left me confused and frustrated. When I asked to speak with the provider, I was told the same thing. At that point I became very upset because I had spent the entire night feeling miserable and came there specifically to get medical care. I expressed that the experience had felt impersonal and frustrating, but my concerns were largely dismissed. I ultimately left in tears without being seen. After leaving, I went to Xpress Urgent Care on Gateway Blvd. The experience was completely different. They verified my insurance without issue, confirmed that my coverage was active, treated me promptly, and addressed all of my medical needs. The staff there were kind, professional, and compassionate at a time when I was feeling extremely unwell. Everyone can have an off day, but when patients come into an urgent care they are often scared, sick, uncomfortable, and vulnerable. A little compassion and attention to detail can make a huge difference. Unfortunately, my experience at BeeperMD left me feeling worse than when I arrived. If you're looking for urgent care in the area and are deciding between facilities, I would strongly recommend Xpress Urgent Care on Gateway Boulevard. They were able to help me immediately, treated me with kindness and respect, and verified the same insurance that BeeperMD claimed was inactive. read more

I booked an appointment for my husband to have a physician come to our home to take blood samples. First they said the fee was $199 to book the appointment and have the physician come to the house. Then they said it was $99 just to draw labs. Then after all was done, they called us two hours later telling us we needed to pay $600 plus to have the labs actually tested and they never explained that from the beginning and they were aware that we were not using insurance and paying cash only. They were misleading and dishonest from the beginning when we asked them multiple times what the exact cost would be for everything in total! read more

DO Not USE BEEPER MD!!!! After getting a stitch for cutting my finger on a Sunday, they set up an appointment to have it removed one week later. They set the time for 7pm the next week. I had at least three texts from them the day before as reminders. I tried call to make it earlier in the day with their toll free number. After a few attempts of getting a message thru "if do you want to wait or have a call back"? Using the call you get no call back. Using the wait you keep getting disconnected. The next day I tried calling again. I was still getting the reminder texts. I decided to just drive there around 11am. I explained to the woman at the desk that I had an evening appointment and can they take the stitches out now. She tells me there are no appointments at all that day only telehealth. I already had an appointment and that I had just received another text as I was walking in. I went to show her and told her how unprofessional this was. She agreed. I left. I was doing a U-turn to go to A Baptist Health or MD Urgent Care instead. A text comes thru, what 3 minutes later that the appointment was cancelled. Now I know why the nurse or doctor was having such a hard time the week before trying to get my finger to stop bleeding. AGAIN DO NOT USE BEEPER MD read more

The doctors here are so nice the wait was a bit long but the place is new and super clean and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend BeeperMD. read more

I have no idea how a company that started off so great could end up this bad. what changed? The will cancel your appointment 10 mins before the window closes. waiting over 3 days for PCR results. and billing? something is definitely going on there. such a shame. Will not be using them again! read more

dont rely on this company. They dont know what they are doing. They wasted 3 hours of my time.

We had a terrible experience- These people do not know how to support their patients! The communication thru the call center is infuriating!!!! After I drove my sick child to the old location and got him unpacked we learned they had moved (CALL CENTER NEVER MENTIONED IT). And I called to try and speak to the office. I ended up at the new location 15 mins late and the Pediatrics Department refused to see us. Zero empathy from the front desk- its not their problem they do not handle/communicate with the pediatric side. The one bright part of the experience is that they saw him at the Beeper MD side. Once the nurse started helping us she was amazing, kind and had patience with us. The doctor was also very helpful and informative. THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO PEOPLE I HAVE EXPERIENCED WHO HAD ANY EMPATHY FOR YOUR PATIENTS. My son needed a doctors note- it never came. We called and they had high call volume-started waiting for a call. Sat on hold for the pediatric office for 30 mins- nothing. Finally got a call back and shocking their was nobody but a call center rep to speak to. They are happy to leave a message for the doctors office to call us so I can get my kids records. Also no supervisors to speak to - SHOCKED! The search for a new Pediatrician has begun- these people have no idea how to treat patients!! read more

I had a terrible experience with BeeperMD and would not recommend them. My husband and I had COVID tests done at home on July 24, 2023 after being told they accepted our insurance. Almost three years later, BeeperMD started emailing us bills for $200 each ($400 total). When I contacted my old insurance company, they confirmed BeeperMD never submitted a claim. Because the provider failed to file on time, the insurance company could not process payment. This is not the patient's fault -- it's the provider's responsibility to submit claims within the required filing period. To make matters worse: * The "bills" are only emailed, never mailed. * They are not itemized (just a flat $200 charge). * When I call, I'm told I cannot speak to billing supervisors. * I've asked for an itemized receipt multiple times and have not received one. This feels like an unfair attempt to make patients pay for BeeperMD's billing mistakes. Patients should not be held responsible for charges caused by the provider's own failure to bill insurance correctly. I would strongly caution others to be very careful before using this company. read more

this company bought out my pediatrician. I took my child for their well visit, which is covered at 100% by my insurance. But received a bill for $36 because I asked a question about her snoring and the doctor told me to take a photo of the number on his phone of an ENT to take her to. Apparently asking a question is not covered in a well visit and should result in a charge of $36. read more

The customer service was so bad here I was told by the doctor that checked me out not to come back in the later hours cause they didn't want to be working late it was 9 pm buy the time they saw me they close at 10 I was prescribed medication that they missed up when sending it over I called to ask if the doctor can fix it the pharmacy just asked for a call they didn't even do that after waiting for an hour I called again just to be put on hold for another 40 minutes I called again and they kept putting me on hold after another hour of being put on hold they finally called the pharmacy but never took me off hold to inform me of this I went back to the pharmacy about 30 mins before they closed just be told they didn't even call to fix the issue this place was vary unprofessional I would not recommend this place to anybody read more

I want to commend Nilus Miller-sudhir for the time he took helping me retrieve my X-ray at BeeperMd

Hi! The facility was really clean and new! The NP was very nice and thorough! The check in process was efficien and easy!!

The best doctor in Delray Beach. Dt. Zarreii is caring, listens and truly invests his time with his patients.

I was just at beeper medical. I was seen by the Dr for about 5 minutes was told I have to go to the hospital that there's nothing she can do,i need to go to the e.r. though I still got charged a copay and my insurance got billed. Now about 5 minutes before hand a women walked in the Dr came out told the women the same exact thing minus the insurance getting billed or any copay. How is that fair? I will never go here again and I'm going to tell everyone i know the same exact thing so they don't get ripped off either. read more

I walked into get my ear checked after ear injury from a barber using an air compressor to blow off hair when I was getting a haircut. I don't know if I was treated properly because the dr/pa Victoria said "there's no reason for a lawsuit" I wasn't even thinking of a lawsuit I just wanted to know if my ear is ok due to the pain & discomfort after 4 days. I've been pretty nervous if this would be long lasting. So now I have to get a second opinion due the comments made of the injury not being reasonable for lawsuit. I don't know if she diagnosed it properly because of her comments. I never mentioned anything about a lawsuit nor was I looking for a lawsuit. This was unprofessional. Update, now their giving me the runaround on where my prescription is being sent after the PA told me " you don't have to stop at the front desk prescription has already been sent" I copied & pasted the address of where to send the prescription. What a complete waste of time dealing with this nonsense & unprofessionalism. read more

I have used BeeperMD probably about 7 times prior to this experience. I was having an allergic reaction to a medication. I see a doctor. Even though I insisted on switching the medication, she told me it could be the pill format. She insisted on giving me capsules. Had an allergic reaction even worse than I did with the pills. Called back and advised them. I get a phone call back from an ill speaking ""receptionist", whom, lacking any type of Customer Service skills, advises me that the doctor WILL NOT switch the medication but thinks I should see a psychiatrist. Now trust me, if I even remotely thought I needed to see one I would understand, but I do not. The medication I was allergic to I had requested a taper to get off of it. Not only that but you don't think the doctor should call and tell a patient that information? Instead you have a receptionist whom is clearly new to his job duties call. I am livid and cannot believe I was treated this way by this establishment DO NOT use this service. I will tell anyone whom will listen about this experience. read more
