Terrible service from start to finish. I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait about 3…read moreminutes to even be acknowledged at the reception desk - odd given the salon only had one other customer in there. I was shown to a chair, given a coffee and left for another 10 minutes with no mention of the stylist running late. 15 minutes after my appointment time, the stylist showed up and offered very little explanation or apology for the delay. No real consultation was given concerning what type of colouring process to use on my hair (unsurprisingly when I got to the till I'd been given the most expensive one). When it came to blowdry time, my stylist was still with another client, so to play for time, my hair was washed and conditioned for 20 mins (!) by a salon junior. I decided not to wait for my stylist to finish what she was doing and remember my blow-dry, so I opted for a rough dry with someone else...who managed to burn me with the hair dryer. 2 hours after arriving for a cut, colour and blowdry, I left with wet, uncut hair and a small burn. So the next time I want some good customer service, a nice haircut and a relaxing experience, I won't be booking in at Caraccio's.

I told them I wanted the grey removed and my hair cut. i had booked in for foils (because i thought that was how i got rid of my grey as i had them previously, i also specifically said "i want my grey hair gone) rather than inform me of different options she went ahead with the foils and cut approximately a cereal bowls worth of hair from my head, this included the thinning out i need for my hair. £160 later, my hair is a frizzy wreck, my grey hairs are still visible and not one person in my family or friends has noticed that my hair has been done by a professional salon, which speaks volumes really. The last but saddest issue here is that on complaining the lady offered that I go back into the salon so they could sort my hair out. Firstly can you imagine how uncomfortable that would be and secondly for a professional and long established salon, should I have to take more time off work and another £12 car parking to come back, for £160, i would suggest you get it right the first time. I wont be back mainly because the customer service has left a lot to be desired. My last email being completely ignored. I have been going to Antoniou since i was a teenager, I am now middle aged and had this been a £44 cut it may have been different. Please note this style wasn't even finished just roughly blow dried for my £160 pounds. Absolutely disappointing

Wel anyway the last time i went there they decided not to tell me my stylist was not there until the moment i turned up although the booking had been made 6 weeks prior. I wasn't prepared to re book and wait as i'd booked the day off work and so i went ahead with the 'works'. After my hair was all wrapped up in foils, i had been sitting there about half an hour and the girl who was doing it came over checked it and went away. Said nothing and didn't even see if i needed anything. i didn't but thats not the point. Good Customer Service is everything! lol Well, it goes on for a while and i'm like where the hell is my hairdresser???!!!??? So she eventually comes back after i ask at the reception while draped in foil and hair colour.attractive yes? lol So she starts lifting the foils to realise. whati hear you askoh yes that she'd left it on too long and basically completely damaged my locks! Oh well you can imagine how impressive this was. So anyway she gets to work and tries to fix her stupid mistake. Obviously i'm upset and really quite outraged. They then try to charge me for the whole experience. Well lets just say that didn't happen when the manager appeared. Not a good experience and funnily enough do not reccommend this place!

I have a fizzy aftican hair which apperantrly they did not like and wanted to get rid of me. He was very cold and not welcoming,,at the end he said it clearly to find another place because they only know how to deal with Caucasian hair I was really shocked,, I usually go to have my hair done in hair salons and no one made a complain about my hair ,,yes its not a Caucasian hair but its manageable especially if someone claimed to be a hair expert I am really disappointed
