Went into this wonderful and welcoming shop while on vacation. This place is jam-packed with all sorts of jerky and other fun snacks to try. We were quickly assisted by the FANTASTIC Katrina. She passionately shared with us about all the different tastes of the jerkies and great treats they offer. There's so many choices here, from jerky to hot sauces to insects and other candies to different flavored peanuts and even jerky and other treats for dogs! We were invited to sample a few, and we enjoyed everything. Their jerky is so tender, and I love it much more than the hard, chewy, tack type of jerky I've found elsewhere. Of course, I wish the prices were lower; however, no stars will be deducted for that since jerky steadily remains a pricey product. They do, however, offer a 3 for $33 snack bags special, which is what our family opted for. Really great and memorable visit. How can it not be 5 stars! Great customer service help. Rewards points and an assortment of jerky, sauces, seasoning etc. SAMPLES ARE GIVEN FOR SOME! Super important when you want to test your "heat strength" I loved all the ones I tried and even tried some individual options for gator or ostrich. Try almostttt everything once! Old Town Kissimmee is one of my favorite chill spots for a chill Friday or Saturday. There is a wide selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. "Jerky Outlet" is a small shop specializing in (guess?) difficult types of basic and not so basic jerkies. The shop is a good size but there is a lot of products and displays. This made maneuvering a challenge with my wheelchair. The shop is clean and very well organized. Staff has typically been one individual and he has always been pleasant and attentive. I have been several times and have always had consistent good service. I will return in the future and would recommend anyone visiting or local to give them a look. read more

Ok, so apparently you can "jerky" just about anything. Honestly, you can order jerky online, I'll admit. But if you do, you will miss the opportunity to meet the gentleman who was working there when we stopped in. He knew everything about his products. More than that, he was hysterical. First called into this store and spoke with Katrina. She was kind enough to provide us directions there and literally the exact location as she mentioned what stores were across and beside her. Not knowing she is one of the owners, Katrina was still closed when she answered the phone. We waited until she opened the doors. Katrina has a great personality and assisted us as well as two other customers. She pointed us out to the special meats section that has alligator jerky but there were so many jerkies to choose from. Katrina offered to give us a sample tour to taste so many Of the jerky meats they sell so it made it easier to choose which ones to purchase. Not only did we buy what we came here for but we found out that they also ship and deliver all over the U.S. I wish her a great upcoming wedding. Stopped in here as a huge Jerky fan. The lady inside was so friendly and helpful. She talked to my girlfriend and I about the different types of jerky they had, we did some taste testing to see what I liked before I bought a few packs of jerky. As manly as I could, I walked into the Beef Jerky outlet with my manly best friend. We walked around very manly like and checked out all the jerky options. The cashier came over to converse very manly with us 2 manly men. We had a manly free sample of the manly Carolina Reaper Beef jerky and enjoyed that like men do! Since I'm so manly, I went over to sample some hot sauces as I was in the manly market to buy a manly hot sauce with manly amounts of Scoval levels. I sampled many manly sauces of lava before making my manly selection. The cashier wanted to test my manliness and kept increasing the heat with each sample. I was sold on the incredibly manly Black Mamba Lava Sauce. My not so manly wife was enticed by the non-manly jams and like an appropriate manly man, I told my lady like wife that she could buy how ever many non manly jams she wanted. I'm a good manly guy. She did pick out a jam with jalapeño peppers in it so that was semi-manly. Manliness aside, great store to try out. Great quality jerky and the jams are delicious. I really don't know if it's a good thing we found this little store. It's kind of a love-hate relationship. Our bellies love it, our wallets not so much! This store has about every type of jerky you can imagine and several types of jerky methods. While I'm not big on the standard dehydrated version because it's generally too hard for me to eat, my hubby enjoys it. I prefer the smoked jerky. My flavor favorites go in waves. We buy a ton of jerky every couple weeks as it's become our staple go-to snack in an effort to minimize junk food snacking. My regular rotations are original, teriyaki, sweet n spicy and cherry maple. They are all really fresh, tasty and very addictive. It's like jerky crack. They sell bags weighing 4, 8 and 16 ounces with the price per ounce decreasing slightly as the weight increases. Since we have a general philosophy of buying bulk to get more bang for our buck we generally spend about $150-$200 each time we go! Wow, I just forced myself to unknowingly realize how much this crack puts a dent in our finances. Yikes! On the upside, they have punch cards! If you want to donate your unused punches our address is...., whoa hold up nvm!!! They also give a military discount so bring your ID! Did I mention samples? Think Costco but better! They will gladly allow you to sample any jerky, just ask! Don't grab your own, they keep it sterile so no worries about other folks dirty hands touching samples. In fact, they use a glove and scissors so no cooties contaminating anything. If exotic meats is your forte, they have those as well. Not my thing so I can't recommend. The store is always neatly organized and very clean. Give them a try! This makes for great gift giving too! read more

This place had pretty decent selection and also allowed us to try each kind we wanted! We tried about 5 different kinds before making a purchase. Check your dates bought a package month out of date walked back in guy at counter said I don't see any MOLD you should be ok WOW did not offer to replace it I finally said I'll get another package and you can replace it they did however they should of taken the responsibility to do it themselves !!!!
