The regular barber was not there last visit; so I had a new hire trim my beard; I was told to pay 25 dollars, because she "cut around the ears". That seemed ridiculous (2 and a half times the usual price). I told them that I would pay the usual price. In any case, I returned this morning and was told not to come back! I thought this was not right and unfair, but left so that I did not create any tension between the owner and the person who was espousing the "policy" from my previous visit. Chris did a great initial consult making suggestions, as I was open to what would look best for me and not 100% sure what I wanted. He really asked for my feedback on various options the entire time which I appreciated.
