They each made about 3 trip from the trash pile to the truck (stopping multiple time to check their phones) carrying 3 to 4 pieces of wood (broken up cabinets) after loading approx. 1.5 yards they said they were done. When I said they hadn't taken 4 yards they said they had, I pointed out that if there was 6 yards and they had taken 4 more then half the pile would be gone and more then half was still there. They said that they took 4 yards and they left. The whole time there they acted like I was putting them out and they didn't want to be there. I called and was told the supervisor would call me back on Mon. after not hearing from him by 3pm I called him and he told me he hadn't had time to talk with the guys and get their story and would call back on Tue. he didn't. I texted him he said he was out of the office and someone else would call me, it's now Wed. night and I haven't heard from anyone. Herman, Julius and Chris are 3 hard working men who overlooked the fact that we weren't completely finished packing and got right to work and didn't stop until the job was done. Quote Process...quick and easy. Timeliness...Cornelius called the day before to confirm and said they'd be there between 7:30 and 9:30 and would call 30 minutes ahead of time. They arrived around 9, but without the phone call, they didn't have my phone number. Loading...Like I said earlier, the 3-man crew came in and got right to work. There was a lot of stuff in my 2 BR apartment, if they would have had a bigger truck, they probably could have made it in one trip, but 2 were required. Fortunately, I moved less than 5 miles down the street, so it didn't add too much time. Unloading...The unload always goes quicker than the load. They put the boxes in the correct rooms, set up my dining room table, and put the beds together. They forgot to put my mirror back on my dresser, which I didn't notice until after they were long gone, so I couldn't remind them they missed it. Overall...Power Moving made a very long day much easier. There a few items that I didn't realize were left in the apartment that I would have asked them to take, but as I said in the beginning, if my next local move is at my expense, Power Moving would be my first choice. They delivered the glued tv and I paid them wanting to settle the issue. A few weeks later the tv separated from its base falling monitor first on the floor.
