would give no stars if I could. 2nd time using them that were set up by other people. They don't show up when it says they will. Last time waited almost an hour to get ride to go home. Today they were 20 minutes late to take me appointment. Had to cancel that last minute. Doctors office wanted to reschedule both appointment, one has to be seen prior to next one. I said I didn't want to do that, as already now partway there. Ride is very bumpy and made me nauseous. Then it felt like he was speeding trying to make up time. Car was too hot as well. Dispatch lady was courteous and professional but the driver swore at me because his fare took off. He accuses me of not calling to let them know when he watched me on the phone for 5 minutes until I could even address him. I apologized and let him know that I had been on the phone and was unable to call. He said "what a fucking waste of time." Super unprofessional and rude. Driver was unkempt. The woman I spoke to when I made my reservation was courteous. The driver was early picking me up which was nice. Although it would have been nice to have know the driver didn't have a card reader and that I needed to pay cash. Luckily I had enough for the cab fare and a small tip but it took all the cash I had in my wallet. read more

I was scheduled for a 7:30 pick up. Mtm called them at 7:35 and they said they were running late and they would call me when they arrived. My appointment was for 8:45. At 8:15 they were determined to be a no call, no show (they weren't answering their phone) and I had to cancel my doctor's appointment. There's no way to do an hour drive in 30 minutes. read more

Luck for me, I have never used this service, and for your safety, I hope you do not either. While traveling east bound on I94 from Eau Claire, one of there drivers, (maroon Ford escape, WI Lic # 900 LCB), merged in behind me at the Hwy 53 interchange. I was in the left lane and making progress passing a slower moving vehicle. Apparently I was not going fast enough for him. When I moved back into the right lane, he move forward just enough to to be in my blind spot and paced me until I was right behind another slow moving vehicle in the right lane. He blocked me and made the vehicles behind him slow also. Then too off to around 80 mph. As I watched him go away ahead of me I also witnessed him cut off at least 3 other people and I never saw a turn signal used. I sure am glad no one I love was in that cab. I work at a group home. We called MTM for transportation for one of our disabled clients. His appointment was in La Crosse and his guardian was going to meet him at his appointment. When the guardian got to his appointment, he was no where in sight. Bee Cab had dropped him off at the wrong place, so he was late for his appointment AND his guardian could not find him. Called company at noon to sched pick up. Was told would be there at 6:45 pm for my pickup. I called at 6:55 because they have not showed up lady said they mmhad no pick up ticket. So i had to drive while driving already 7:05 get a call back and say a cab will be there in 20. I used to drive for them, so I know from experience that is normal for them. I heard complaints at least once a day that the dispatcher said 20 minutes and it took us an hour or more to get there. To make matters worse, I was hardly making anything even when we were busy all day. read more

I recently sustained an injury that has left me on crutches and going stir crazy at home. I thought I would venture out this last Saturday to see some friends. I know that all of the cab companies are busy on a Saturday night, so I planned ahead and called at 0145, knowing that bars close at 0230. I was told there was a half hour wait. That would have been perfect. I went outside after about 15 minutes to make sure I wouldn't miss the cab. 30 minutes came and went. I called a couple times and was told they were almost there. After close to an hour, now all alone, cold, and still standing on one foot, bee cab rolled up. I get in and I'm told he just has to pick up a few more people before he can take me home. I refused and was told to get out of the cab. I refused again and was threatened with a phone call to the police, which I welcomed. In a huff, no police called, the cab driver took me home. I tipped equal to the amount of the fare. read more

I wish there was something less than one star. I was at a bar and tried to help a drunk person into a cab. We flagged a cab from this company down and paid double the fair to send the person home. Said person refused the cab and walked back to the bar and drove home anyway. (I found out later by calling a different cab company that legally they must let a person out if they do not want to be in the vehicle.) That is not the issue however. I called the company since we were upset that they let an obviously intoxicated person drive themself home. When I talked to the dispatcher they flat out lied to me and told me the only cab working was out by the airport all night. I called later and ordered a cab. The same cab and driver showed up and when I asked if he had picked up anyone downtown he also flat out lied to me. If this is how this company wants to run their business then I will never be hiring a cab from them again. I suggest anyone that wants to be treated with any respect call a different cab company since this one seems to have no respect for it's clients and there are at least two other reputable companies in the area. Unfortunately this is not my first time having issues with Bee cab though it will be my last. CTS will be my first call and if not I will call A-1 after that. read more
