This happened recently, and it caused me to faint. Later I was told that the receptionist said "Oh he's done this before - I'm on ho,d on the phone". NONE of the staff came to see if I was OK, and apparently I was left lying on the reception floor for several minutes UNATTENDED. I'm sorry, but at what point is it a sackable offence to OPENLY show contempt for patients in front of other patients? Eventually when I regained consciousness, I managed to take a seat, and was treated AS USUAL with care consideration and understanding by one of the doctors! Would they have ignored me if a woman had a panic attack? Sorry but in MY view, this is GROSS MISCONDUCT. I've seen some callous medical receptionists before, but this one was OPENLY HOSTILE. Hardly the face of the caring NHS!

Dr Jennings and Dr Paul are lovely and the receptionists are really rather nice as Doctors receptionists go! Its hard to get an appointment in advance but they save extras each day, so if you call before 9am you can usually get in that day. They also offer telephone consultation which is helpful if you are really ill or cant drive. Its got a decent car park so its easy to access. 10 / 10!

I have seen the practice grown from two Portakabins into a modern, thriving practice with all the mod cons. Dr Moore needs a team of skilled practitioners, caring and professional nurses and without a doubt some of the most helpful, friendly and always professional receptionists in the business. At times it can be difficult to get an appointment but it is the NHS and they have more patience than they do money so sometimes a bit of patience goes a long way and remember the receptionists are just the messengers so there is no point in shouting at them and getting angry. All the patients are in the same part and we are all treated equally if someone has a more urgent and desperate case then they should of course be seen before somebody else or just has a rash or a cold. The waiting room is spacious with a play area for young children. When it is time for you to be seen the doctors come out into the waiting room to call you, which adds a nice personal touch. With only one exception I've found all the doctors I've had dealings with to be very approachable. My only issue would be that mad scrum on the phone lines for an emergency appointment at 8.30am.

my old doctor he was. this surgery has 5 doctors and a…read morenurse. the staff are very helpful and will do there best to help solve any problems. me i went in 10 yrs ago and said i was not that well, 1 hr later i was in hospital for diabetes i stayed for 5 nights as i did not realize how bad i was. as i was on the heart ward. luck to be here and very grateful to Dr clegg for his help. its based on Burton road next to the cricket pitch there is a car park but it can get quiet full and people park on the grass verge in front of the cricket pitch. as woodville is getting bigger places are getting tight as they are now only taking patients from woodville only now.

All the Drs are nice, The top Dr, Dr Hambleton is FANTASTIC! Very supportive caring and understanding. They always get my son, who has multiple problems, seen exceptionally quickly. The surgery is very clean and welcoming. It's attached to a boots chemist which is really convenient. I have years of experience of various surgeries in Nottingham due to the work I did and this is far one of the best if not The Best in Nottingham!!!

Although the booking system is a pain (most days you have to phone at the crack of dawn to get an appointment that day), they normally manage to see you quickly and there's always appointments available for emergencies. Being a uni doctors they must see all sorts but remain very discreet and professional about it all! All in all, use this doctors instead of Cripps on campus if you're a student at Nottingham!

The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to support you through issues. they have a very usefull out of hours automated phone service so you can book and cancel appointments at awkward times of the day. They have a small play area for children to play in while waiting for appointments and also their own pharmacy
