Hired Glen Bedwell, owner of Bedwell builders, to put in the rough plumbing and complete electrical and septic tank. What a mistake! He put in the septic tank in and did fine. The rough plumbing was not put in correctly. I had to tear out a lot of concrete to start the finish plumbing work. I asked him to inspect my progress in putting in the plumbing and said he would. Last winter the lines froze 5 times and asked him why he did not catch this and he said he decided he was not going to inspect and help me and he decided to let me suffer with what he saw was mistakes. Did not show up to do my electrical three times so I hired another contractor. He came on the premise two weeks into that and picked a fight with my framer and I broke it up and he went out to the edge of the driveway and started the fight again condemning him for even being there. Picked a fight with my electric contractor and reported him to the state office and shut the work down for a while. He made arrangements to get the state electrical commission to hire him to continue and demanded full payment with out finishing the work and charged me for mistakes his electrical works made. Stole building materials from my garage which he admitted to and just shrugged his shoulders when I confronted him. read more
