His team completed all of the following: -pulled up the remaining grass and put down the sod -re-stoned the front area against the house, creating a more eye-catching design that also provided more space for the bushes and plants -planted a new dwarf golden hinoki -replaced the rocks under some bushes with mulch -treated the new lawn -cleared the flower beds of weeds and mulched them -cut and placed sod to replace flower beds that we were previously struggling to keep free of weeds We were kept up to speed on when to expect things to be done and how much everything was going to cost, and I felt that Dave respected my budget. When they showed up for the estimate, they took pictures of all the work that was needed and as I pointed out things that I thought someone else would be needed, they said they could handle that too. Their estimate was very fair so I hired them right away. They came early, notifying me of their arrival beforehand and got to work right away. They took a hopeless yard that looked like a jungle and turned it into a yard that I hadn't seen since I moved into my house. The right side of the house, if you look at the pictures, was horrible. Now it's perfect! Not seen in the pictures is the left side of the house, where weeds were coming up through the concrete tiles, those are now all gone! My backyard patio also had bad weeds coming up and now you don't even notice anything bad was there. They are such great people too - fun to talk to and nice people.
