He let us know that he would be there the following week. There was no definite date or time, and we had called and messaged him to confirm one. He never showed up, and we proceeded to get in touch and he let us know that he'd be here "this week". Again, no confirmation on a date or time, which is not helpful. When we followed up the third time for a little more clarity, on a date / time this week, we also mentioned that if we cannot confirm a date, we would move forward with another landscaping company. Mike texted us back and said "I told you this weekend" which he did not, and told us he shouldn't be feeling "this much pressure" from people who are not even his regular customers. I'll tell you what, when you conduct business like that, you won't find many more regular customers. Terrible experience, he was able to confirm a date / time, maybe we would have been regular customers come the spring time.
