Great care, fun setting, and safe/clean environment. My son loves it here, and we plan to put our twin boys here in the near future.

My child went to seesaw from Nov 2022 through July 2023. She started in the older infants room and…read morewe loved the teachers in that class, which made me feel comfortable enough to not watch the camera as much as I had in the beginning. When she moved to the young toddlers room, everything seemed fine aside from some little things because of course no daycare is perfect. However, in June, my friend's child began attending the center in the same class. Thankfully she was watching the camera regularly because she caught the moment the assistant teacher popped my child. When she brought this to the director's attention , she asked her to review the footage of another instance where she thought she saw something like that the week prior and it turned out she was correct. This woman popped two toddlers within a weeks time and remained in the room with the toddlers after the owner and director watched this footage. The owner assured me that they would be monitoring her and she would attend training starting that weekend. I had to suggest that they move her to another room (they moved her to the adjoining older toddler room). This all transpired over about a weeks time and ultimately, by the end of the week i didn't feel comfortable sending my child back (she never went back after the incident). After I removed my child, the assaulting teacher was ultimately let go after the owner saw that she had been eating off of the kids spoons... I was extremely disappointed in the way this was handled because my child was comfortable and thriving there. She had also been with mostly the same babies since she started there so she had friends and it was heartbreaking to have to remove her so suddenly. It has also been a huge inconvenience. However, the center was always clean and the teachers were very friendly and polite. It truly felt like they were extended family. My child would still be attending and I would be giving them 5 stars if the offending teacher had been fired immediately. If you decide to send your child here, get the camera access and make sure you document everything you see with dates and time stamps and report any and everything you take issue with.

Cypress Run is a horrible place to work. I lasted a week there and was bullied & treated badly…read morebecause of my disability. It felt like high school in the worst ways and the literal teenage girls (18/19 year olds) working there made it that way. Teens posing as "teachers" & are really just glorified babysitters. They don't work well together and talk behind each others backs starting drama. I clocked the bad energy within a few days. The director never apologized for the way the staff treated me & that's a horrible image honestly.. No one should be treated differently & bullied to quit a job like that. I DO NOT recommend working here unless you want to deal with unprofessional coworkers. Also, the parents should know that they allow sick children to stay daily and get the whole class sick & get teachers sick while the office staff & director just shrug it off like that isn't a HEALTH hazard for babies, children, and workers who are immunocompromised. Sick children with HFM, RFV, green snot every 5 minutes, and fever should be sent home and not just "monitored". just dangerous & unprofessional. This place needs a serious overhaul. I've seen all the bad reviews since I've quit & YIKES I should have checked before applying..
