Dawn, the dental hygenist was rude and sarcastic and because of that she was acting unprofessional. After I got my teeth cleaned up, checked out, and x-rayed, Glen said that I have six cavities. I didn't get my cavities done and one of the reasons why is because I didn't have dental coverage on my health insurance and I thought I did because the delta dental phone number was on the back of my health insurance card. When the dental hygenist was done cleaning up and checking out my teeth, Glen didn't even check up on my teeth after the dental hygenist was done. The dentist I use to go to who's now retired, checked up on my teeth after the dental hygenist was done. After I called the medical biller and told her I didn't have dental coverage, she said that I have eight cavities. I looked at my teeth and I only seen what looked like two cavities and not six or eight cavities. Throughout that whole experience I thought something fishy was going on and I didn't trust them. So I didn't want any of the people who works there, working on my cavities. I know someone who went to Glen Marsack for an appointment and they said she has cavities. It took them three appointments to get her cavities done. At the dentist I use to go to, the dentist would get my cavities done right at the check up appointment if he found out I had cavities. Glen Marsack and his employees tell their patients that they have cavities and then schedule them for multiple appointments so they would get a lot of money from their patients or patient's health insurance or both. Glen sent me an e-mail saying thanks for your business. Now what kind of place of healthcare sends e-mails saying thanks for your business. I don't like it when a place of healthcare treats their place like its a business and not a place of healthcare. Take my advice and I apoligize for using all capital letters. DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST FOR APPOINTMENTS.

Dr. Brayman took over keeping Bonnie (dental hygeniest) on board who were all10 stars! That's why I was a patient for so long. After the new owner took over they called me to try and reschedule my exam with Bonnie who said she didn't work there anymore. After pressing them and insisting on NOT changing my exam day they said I could come in and incredibly enough, Bonnie was still working there! I discovered they FIRED Bonnie after over 44 years and my exam date was her last day, don't know why. They actually cancelled many of her appointments to get her out the door ASAP. I got the feeling new management's "brand" of dentistry didn't include one of their most loyal, kindest and best employees and adopted lying to patients as a business practice. I suspect the true reason behind these changes but won't speculate publicly here. I was told they canned Bonnie without cause, cancelled as many of her scheduled appointments out from under her and LIED to me as a patient that she was no longer employed. The new management or office/counter staff is dishonest, terminates excellent employees and I won't do business with people like that. You can't get a better person or employee than Bonnie and she, along with their customers deserve much better. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HTD WITH THAT STAFF IN PLACE. The new owner hijacked a wonderful practice started by Dr. Fox then carried on by Dr. Brayman but sadly that fantastic 45+ year plus legacy is GONE.

I've returned to this office after years of not having any dental work done, and realized the ownership change and all my previous dental hygenists have retired. I'm now seeing Dr. Rollins. I had a chipped central incisor (lower front tooth) and he did a quick repair on it. The work he did was absolutely perfect. It was so good, that the next time I was in their office, he wasn't sure which tooth he had repaired just by looking at my teeth! :) I'm really glad I decided to give this office another try under their new ownership. It's every bit as good as it was before, dare I say even better because I don't feel like this office is only out to make money. Years ago, the previous dentists decided I needed to have work done on all my rear molars and after all the sealant has fallen out or worn down, I have deep crevices that are somewhat bothersome, mainly because in hindsight, I don't believe I should have ever had that work done but I was too young to know that there was an option to decline. I was still in K-12 school at the time. I don't believe Dr. Rollins would even attempt to suggest that I have work done that I don't need. In fact, I asked about an area of concern in one of my teeth and he thought it would be better if we wait, because the work he would have had to do, would have done more damage than the wear and tear that I already have on that tooth. Love it!! IDEA: If you have sensitive gums, be sure you ask about using gas. They are skilled at administering gas which can take the edge off the pain if you're sensitive. I don't have to use gas for my cleanings, but I always ask for it if they're going to drill and it works! It wore off quickly for me, once they turned it off and I was able to drive without noticing any difference in how I felt before I arrived versus when I left the office after having gas administered.

It is always wonderful to be greeted by Michelle at the front desk. She's so kind and helpful. My hygienist is Becky and she is very thorough. She also gave me helpful strategies to improve cleaning my wisdom teeth. There are two dentists in this practice--Dr. Alpert and Dr. Scalisi. I see Dr. Scalisi and she is fantastic!! Very friendly. My mom sees Dr. Alpert and raves about him too. This office is very punctual and they provide friendly reminders about your upcoming appointment via email and phone. They go above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. I feel valued. Parking is easy. It's a free standing building and they have their own lot. The people and service here make me happy to go to the dentist.

Melissa is also a wonderful dental hygienist, she eased my anxiety of teeth cleanings far better than any other person I've had at other offices. She treated me like family and was so gentle and knew how to make me feel comfortable! I have surfed through many dentists in my 34 years of life (often due to lack of bedside manner or being extremely money hungry) and I've finally found an office I know I will stay with for life.
