The Hearing Centre is located quite centrally on Bedlington Front Street. It is nearer the market place 'needle' monument than the Red Lion end. Parking is available at the front of the building just off the main road. There are limited spaces available though, and only one or two designated disabled spaces. There is a carpark behind the front street with alleys leading from here to the top end of the front street which may be your best bet. The doorway is small but there may be a struggle for disabled people to enter on a raised surface.
The building is well signposted with posters and information about the services available in the window. There is always a sign inviting passers by to come for a free hearing test. You can go inside to arrange this or ring them.
The company supplies health information and hearing aid products. The tests are conducted in a professional manner and the products available are reliable and high quality. The staff do not do a pressure-sale technique and are very friendly. They can be pricey though. My father was approached by a member of staff and was put off by the prices. read more
