It made sense that the phone just rang and rang when we got there and it was closed, but my son was really disappointed. When I made it to one of the other locations a few days ago they were sold out of the items we had seen on the website. They popped up again, so I ordered them online for pickup, However it was refunded with no reason why. Guessing due to availability, but the entire order was cancelled without a word. I understand that these things happen and this is a small business but the lack of communication is frustrating.
