arrived late. had notified company in advance refrigerator doors would need to be removed. took 2…read moreman crew over 2 hours to remove. took tables apart that did not need to take apart. asked direct question of company if my furniture would stay on the truck. i was assured it would. it did not! delivery was late! crew was rushing because they had another delivery on truck. i was informed at delivery crew would "not" put refrigerator doors on. i was told that was my responsibility! crew did not know how to put king bed frame together. missing items a floor lamp and step stool. i was told that since i did not note the above at time of delivery that was my problem! the crew used my step ladder to unload and rushed to leave and took the ladder! my big screen 70" tv packed in the original box with original styrofoam packing had to have been dropped. i could not get a picture! the insurance company declined all claims! i could "not" recommend this company to anyone!

Worst movers EVER. I reserved FOUR men because I knew how much stuff I had, and I really didn't…read morewant to extend a local move (less than 10 miles away) over a 2-day period. Four men were confirmed. Three showed up--three of the slowest, rudest movers I have ever encountered. They broke furniture. They repeatedly left their sweaty beverage containers (it was summer) on my wooden furniture, leaving multiple rings behind. They took smoke breaks every 15 minutes. They left furniture ON THE PORCH. They parked the futon mattress in front of the refrigerator. They placed the futon frame on its side against a wall and put boxes in front of it . . . and put a leather chair on its side and piled boxes on top of it. Never EVER hire these jokers.
