It is not well-kept, bumpy and broken in places. But it takes you to some fascinating places. I was only able to bike about 8 miles to the south from this point because of time constraints, but this trail is so welcoming that I know I will be back. They're a minimal points where you have to cross intersections, and much of the trails feels like wilderness. But ample forest coverage and the coolness from he canal and the river suggest that it would be a great place to bike, even in the dead of summer.

They want trails bone dry before they are open. The say look at Facebook so I did. I went on Thursday and according to FB trails were closed on Monday. That was last post. No rain since Monday and I go there and the barrier was up! I rode anyway and the trails were dry, except for 2 little puddles. I don't like the broken glass on the trail either! Not the best in Ohio! Also they need more directional arrows, there are several intersection where I had to guess on which way to go. Good technical training and I go about 2 times a year.

This exceptional world class facility is very affordable too. There are a couple rooms for BMX but the majority of this place has MTB and pump tracks. There is even a foam pit for stunts. The yellow trail is for novices but still fun for everyone! The green trail I could handle but was challenging. Everything else was for experts and some professionals. You can store your bike in a locker, bring your own, or rent. The bike rental was amazing and they let you swap between mountain bike, mini pump bike, and BMX bike. The only small improvement could be helmet rental which you can pick from a basket of sweaty helmets. There is ample parking outside the warehouse or you could catch an Uber taxi there. It's a very isolated industrial location.

When I called today to have my bike checked out I was told "sure we are not busy, bring it in, we'll look at it and if nothing is really wrong with it there won't be much of a charge, we'll get you in and out". When I brought it in 30 minutes later it was another story. The short dirty looking fellow that came out to "help" me was condescending and said to even look at it all, I'd have to leave it there and it would cost almost 100 dollars after tax. He had a seriously nasty attitude and was trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. How busy can they be in March? Anyway, I told him that's not what I was told on the phone and he said it was. I told it that it most certainly was not and I left. Huge waste of my time and I'm glad I only brought one bike in. I have four. I planned on having some work done on a couple of them there too. I wanted to see how this went first. If you didn't buy one of their bikes, don't take it there. That's the message I got. Typical attitude for the area.
