I spoke to a couple of the employees who assured me the company would take care of it, but after several weeks, no one did. I finally managed to speak with another employee who gave me the phone number of the owner and guaranteed that the owner would solve the issue. I called and explained what happened. He asked me to text the address and other information so he could send someone out to fix it. That was on October 3, 2024. Fast forward to May 2025, and they had not come out. After realizing they did not fix it, I called the owner several times and left a message, but did not hear back so I replaced the plug myself. Damaging my property is one thing, but not answering or returning my calls after giving your word to fix the issue is an integrity problem. Avoid this company.
