I went to this store because they had a decent selection of purple mattresses. I went in and told…read morethe salesperson I needed a bed and frame. I found the bed I wanted and then I started looking at adjustable bases. I was told the bases came with a 10 year warranty and $100 off bases costing $1000 or more. The only base available was the middle one for $1000. It wasn't the one I wanted but I said okay. Here's the kick in the pants. No discount on the frame because the actual cost was $999.99, one penny short. (imagine that) The 10 year warranty is not included, it actually costs $99.95. The manager said that's automatically added on to which I replied, you said they came with a 10 year warranty, not that one was available for purchase. He didn't seem to grasp the difference. After a few minutes I decided it's not my job to educate this person on being accurate with the information you give a customer regarding price. I said have a nice day and walked out. I can afford to throw my money around, but I won't have a salesman do it for me and act like it's no big deal. There are plenty of other places to spend my money and when it's thousands of dollars, I expect at least a basic level of competence.

Associates that offers the very best customer service that puts other businesses to shame!…read more I went shopping for a washer and dryer to install into a new home and was immediately greeted by a knowledgeable associate who knew everything about all the appliances being sold. The store was split into multiple sections, new in box washer and dryers, discounted washer and dryer ( cosmetic scuffs or damage), fridges and freezers, and mattress. I was asked what I needed/wanted in an appliance then walked through what would suit my needs best. When I finally decided on the model I wanted we bought the appliances with a pickup time later in the week. The whole process was painless and smooth. I do wish the team told me they sold the hoses and power cable separately. Overall, I had a great experience and this will be my first stop for all appliance needs in the future! The value was great and appliances are a decent price.

Both of them convinced me to purchase it and reassured me it did and furniture protection companies "changed their policy." Which seemed like a red flag but they were very persistent on it and said they have plenty of customers that were covered for damages and pet scratches. Long story short, I called the protection company and they lied. The bad reviews you're seeing are all true. Shady business practice, took weeks to get the furniture and their customer service is horrible. Be cautious buying from this store. I planned to go back to furnish my entire house but not after this.
