This review is more about the store manager Christine, than it is about a particular mattress. Although we do love our Beautyrest Black mattress. So, it's been over a month since I made my mattress purchase. Christine was not the one who sold me the mattress, but she deserves the commission more than the person who sold it to me, who has since been dismissed from the company. Christine is very knowledgeable about mattresses without question. But this is more about her empathy, understanding, patience and willingness to make the customer happy. So I purchased the mattress a little over a month ago. A good mattress is no longer cheap so I wanted to be absolutely sure about my purchases. But in my case, I may have taken it a little too far. Since receipt of my mattress, I have probably been back to the store at least a dozen times trying other mattresses well after mine had already been delivered and slept on. Each time Christine put up with my indecisiveness even allowing me more time to make a decision and never appeared bothered about it. Each time trying to explain the differences of the mattresses and helping me make an informed decision. So after all the back and forth, I decided yesterday to exchange my mattress for another brand. Today I decided to stop by the store to try the other mattress one more time and just about that time she called me to arrange delivery of the alternate choice. Well, I thought she would be upset with me but once again she talked it through with me and I ended up keeping the original mattress. I know if the shoe was on the other I would have been annoyed, but not Christine. I recently purchased a mattress from the South Clearwater store a month and a half ago. When delivered, the delivery personnel damaged my bed frame. I have been trying to get this issue resolve but have been repeatedly ignored. I have also been trying to get into contact with management but have been unsuccessful. The customer service here has been horrible. [Comment To Response] Store credit will not repair nor replace my damaged property. I am not looking to receive a 'gift' from your store. I am looking to get my bed frame, that was damaged by your delivery personnel, returned to its original state. I have provided a quote with what it will cost to make that happen that was rejected. DO NOT COME HERE!! I was cussed out by a guy named Chad for trying to return a pillow I owned for 1 day. I was never given a proper receipt explaining the return policy, only a small credit card print out. He stated that he thought I was in a rush to leave the store and thats why he didn't give me a proper receipt. I understand if I can't return something due to store policy but I DID NOT appreciate being cursed at and blamed for the whole thing. My boyfriend and I went to 5 different places to shop around and this was not only are last stop, but we found a perfect bed AND got a great deal!!! Best mattress buying experience I have ever had. In fact one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I came in to the store around 12:15 in the afternoon and was welcomed by Chad. Chad was able to get me a great deal on a great mattress. The best part was I was in a hurry, I would have been sleeping on the floor that night as I had just moved into town that morning and had an apartment rented but no furniture.
