Rachael went above and beyond to deliver great customer service. I would buy from her again. Mattresses were very nice and priced competitive but she was the real asset in the sale. read more

This review is more about the store manager Christine, than it is about a particular mattress. Although we do love our Beautyrest Black mattress. So, it's been over a month since I made my mattress purchase. Christine was not the one who sold me the mattress, but she deserves the commission more than the person who sold it to me, who has since been dismissed from the company. Christine is very knowledgeable about mattresses without question. But this is more about her empathy, understanding, patience and willingness to make the customer happy. So I purchased the mattress a little over a month ago. A good mattress is no longer cheap so I wanted to be absolutely sure about my purchases. But in my case, I may have taken it a little too far. Since receipt of my mattress, I have probably been back to the store at least a dozen times trying other mattresses well after mine had already been delivered and slept on. Each time Christine put up with my indecisiveness even allowing me more time to make a decision and never appeared bothered about it. Each time trying to explain the differences of the mattresses and helping me make an informed decision. So after all the back and forth, I decided yesterday to exchange my mattress for another brand. Today I decided to stop by the store to try the other mattress one more time and just about that time she called me to arrange delivery of the alternate choice. Well, I thought she would be upset with me but once again she talked it through with me and I ended up keeping the original mattress. I know if the shoe was on the other I would have been annoyed, but not Christine. So long and short of this story is that Christine is an amazing salesperson and after all my visitations I can even say a good friend. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK CHRISTINE! read more

My fiancé and I were looking for a new mattress, especially because my back has been bothering me from our current mattress. We went in knowing we were side sleepers/etc. Matt gave us three recommendations, and we ended up going with his first recommendation. Matt was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and also gave us a great deal! read more

I've bought many mattress sets over the years, but I've never had more a positive experience than I did with Matt Reifsnider, the manager of the South Clearwater Bed Pros and his salesman Charlie. We needed a nice bed set for our rental/ vacation property and Matt showed us all of the different options available and then recommended what was best for our needs. It was a perfect selection and his prices beat all of the other mattress stores, including Costco. The best part is it was delivered the NEXT DAY and they took away the old mattress and box spring!!! If you are looking for a mattress go to South Clearwater Bed Pros and see Matt!!! -Bill H. read more

Bed Pros Mattress of Sarasota did a great job helping us select the right mattresses for our new trundle bed. Steve, the General Manager, was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though our experience took place on the phone, we found exactly what we were looking needed and they delivered the mattresses within two days. They offered five star customer service. It was a very pleasant experience and we will call Bed Pros of Sarasota for all of our future mattress needs. Mary Beth T. read more

I moved from Hawaii with nothing and went to this store at 9 am and had my wonderfully priced mattress set delivered by 10 am !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEST EVER HIGH KUDOS read more

Just bought a mattress for this store, we couldn't be happier with the buying experience and delivery. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently purchased a mattress from the South Clearwater store a month and a half ago. When delivered, the delivery personnel damaged my bed frame. I have been trying to get this issue resolve but have been repeatedly ignored. I have also been trying to get into contact with management but have been unsuccessful. The customer service here has been horrible. [Comment To Response] Store credit will not repair nor replace my damaged property. I am not looking to receive a 'gift' from your store. I am looking to get my bed frame, that was damaged by your delivery personnel, returned to its original state. I have provided a quote with what it will cost to make that happen that was rejected. I have spoken with the furniture store and they do not do repairs like that, which I have explained. read more

Worst ever. Left several messages for the owner with 2 of the managers and he never even bothered to contact me about my concerns. I've given ample time for communication but now have given up on a response. Update: I left my number in the email provided, let's see if I get a call. Will re update if I do. read more

Matt was so great. After shopping at other big stores like the mattress firm, we were frustrated and tired of the fake salesman style of forcing us to make a sale. The second we walked into Bed Pros, we told Matt what we wanted and he helped us immediately and even gave me a free pillow just because of how nice he was! Genuine staff, quality products, and honesty here. I definitely recommend. read more

If I could give a minus I would. One of the worst experiences with a sales person to the point I thought it was a joke. I have no idea why this company is still in business. They have no idea about how to deal with a customer. The sales guy there needs to work in a different industry with no customer interaction. read more

Had the absolute best customer service experience at this Bed Pros ! Chad was our salesman and showed us all the differences between all of the matresses and found the perfect mattress for us. He was very polite professional and shared a great deal of knowledge and got us the right matress not the most expensive one. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! I was cussed out by a guy named Chad for trying to return a pillow I owned for 1 day. I was never given a proper receipt explaining the return policy, only a small credit card print out. He stated that he thought I was in a rush to leave the store and thats why he didn't give me a proper receipt. I understand if I can't return something due to store policy but I DID NOT appreciate being cursed at and blamed for the whole thing. I had already spent over a thousand dollars on a bed and to be yelled at for not understanding something that was never explained to me didn't feel right. I immediately went up the road to the countryside location and a very pleasant guy named Adam helped me out and was very nice. I wish had bought everything from him in the first place. DO NOT GO TO THE SOUTH CLEARWATER LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CUSSED OUT BY CHAD! read more

The search was finally over!!! After going out on Labor Day to find the best deals for a new bed. My boyfriend and I went to 5 different places to shop around and this was not only are last stop, but we found a perfect bed AND got a great deal!!! I was so happy after a restless search to not only get a great bed, but didn't have to deal with the pressure of a sales guy down our throat. He was very easy going and let us take out time, instead of constantly bugging us on such a big decision like the other places. I highly recommend going here to find a great bed!! read more

Walked into the store in search of some mattresses and received a great deal with fast, free delivery. Salesman was working alone but did a great job attending to all customers in the store. Since we are new to the area, he also gave us great advice on which DMV to visit!! read more

Went into to look around to possibly get a new mattress. The rep working was extremely rude, when we asked a question. And as we walked out after our short walk around the rep says to us OH DID I HURT YOUR POCKET BOOK! If we would of found anything we were happy about and planned to possibly come back since we were price checking the area. After that comment we will never walk in those doors again. read more

Best mattress buying experience I have ever had. In fact one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I came in to the store around 12:15 in the afternoon and was welcomed by Chad. Chad was able to get me a great deal on a great mattress. The best part was I was in a hurry, I would have been sleeping on the floor that night as I had just moved into town that morning and had an apartment rented but no furniture. Chad not only got it delivered that day but the mattress was delivered and set up within 90 minutes from the time I walked into the store. Highly Highly Highly recommend the store, ask for Chad! read more
