The absolute worst e-commerce company I have ever interacted with…read more My order arrived in time but as per advertised on their website, I have asked for the 30 days money back because the machine didn't live up to it's expectation (besides not having ANY kind of documentation). I have been waiting for 4 months to get a reply. All I ever get is "Yes sir please wait a bit" The refiner is poorly assembled, a wire was loose, the receiver washer breaks often and it doesn't hold the advertised quantity. The customer service per e-mail replies to one mail in 5 and doesn't help to solve the problem. The whatsapp customer service only picks the call up when you let it ring for 15 minutes uninterrupted. Sometimes they'll just hang up. Low quality & undocumented products, false advertisement and dreadful customer service.
