Firstly you can hardly move around for all the boxes and then got a couple of things and went to pay but again the self service registers were not working so lined up their were at least 20 people in a line with one girl on the register and no other staff to be seen. You do all the advertising to get people in your doors but you never have the staff to service the customers, this has been going on for years and still nothing changes. this is appalling. This time of year especially.
