MISLEADING. COLLEGE STUDENTS BEWARE…read more In January, my son had a haircut with Sarah Lee. The price was higher than expected but manageable, and we understood the cost. Recently, he returned and booked with a different stylist, unaware that each stylist sets their own rates. He received one phone call (which he missed) and one text message simply stating they wanted to confirm he booked with a different stylist. At no point in that text -- or before services were performed -- were the "senior stylist" prices disclosed. He only learned of the significantly higher rate after the haircut was completed. That is unacceptable. Transparent pricing should be clearly communicated before services are rendered. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional handling of the issue. From Rosa at the front desk, to Anthony who took over the call, to Felicia the owner -- the communication was rude, dismissive, and inconsistent. I was even falsely accused of using a derogatory slur toward an employee, which absolutely never happened. Instead of taking accountability for poor communication and lack of price transparency, they deflected and made baseless accusations. My son is an unemployed college student and was never properly informed of the drastic price difference. Customers should not be surprised with inflated charges after services are complete. Transparency and professionalism were clearly not a priority here.

I live…read morein a rural community almost 4 hours from Salt Lake City and there is really no one here that specializes in keratin bonded hair extensions. I have extremely fine hair which makes any other type of extension slip and damage my hair. Tired of the damage my hair was getting I started calling salons and hair extension companies trying to locate someone who was experienced. Juan came with rave reviews so I called. He went out of his way to fit me in since I had to make an 8 hour drive (there and back) to see him. From the moment I walked in Rina was so welcoming and treated me as if I were a life long friend. Juan said I could do my extensions in 4- 5 hours but I have never seen anyone that efficient so I planned to stay the night in Salt Lake. Juan did my color and extensions in about 5 hours. I was impressed! It looked absolutely amazing! It's been years since I have been this happy with my extensions. Even when I don't curl/straighten my hair it looks beautiful due to the natural wave in the hair and the color is the most perfect red! My hair never really grows because of how fine it is so not very long.I've always had to keep my extension pretty short.... about collar bone length because if they aren't installed perfectly the weight of anything longer pulls causing slippage and no one can seem to blend them well due to the length. If I try to go longer and they aren't blended enough they don't look natural. Juan, being the miracle worker that he is, blended my hair perfectly and the length is to the center of my back. It's been at least 6 years since I have had someone install my hair and blend it in a way that allowed it to be longer. My hair is beautiful and I get compliments every time I leave the house. I highly recommend Juan. I would drive longer than 8 hours if I had to, he's that good. Just make the appointment, you won't be disappointed!

So the new stylist had big shoes to fill. Rylie is kind, understanding, and listens without getting frustrated. I know I can be a bit difficult when it comes to my hair because my old hairstylist had known me for so long she knew exactly what to do. Seeing a new hairstylist can be difficult because the color is a different brand, the toners are different, etc. etc. Rylie has been nothing but understanding with me and listened to my "let's try this" etc. And we finally got to a PERFECT color! She is amazing and does a great job! The salon itself is super cute and parking is very easy. They often have great deals on hair products and have a good selection. Prices are great as well.
