Not even close to the online order I placed. I understand they may not be able to make exactly what's pictured but they didn't even come close nor did they use the vases that was pictured and the arrangement was a mess. I was very disappointed my mother got these for Mother's Day. I won't be using Becker's in the future. I'll go back to having my daughter pick future arrangements. read more

I have used Beckers as my go to for flowers for years. I love to send flowers to my family and friends for many occasions and sometimes just because. I must say I was extremely disappointed recently with the service I received. I ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday surprise. When I placed my order, I was asked for my phone number and the phone number for the recipient as they like to call ahead and make certain someone is home. My order was NOT delivered, and I was NOT notified. In fact, when I called to find out what had happened the next day I spoke to Jeff Becker, and he had no idea what had happened. He did look into it, and he did call me back. I decided to pick up my flowers and deliver them myself as it would be later in the day before my friend would be home. When I asked about getting the delivery charge credited back to my account, I was denied with the reasoning that, "They had tried to deliver it!". My friend was NEVER called nor was I. I just could not believe that $8.00 was worth losing a customer. I was so disappointed in how this was handled as I no longer want to take my business there. I guess that $8.00 delivery charge was very important to their business...more than my future business. read more

Went in on a Saturday a few hours before a birthday party. The folks here are awesome. They assisted me with a customized arrangement for a 100th birthday party. It was beautiful and affordable. I used this florist when sending flowers in Ft Dodge all the time, but this was the first time I was in their shop. Great people, fun place to peruse while waiting on the arrangement.
