We are THE top Jesuit school in New England (never mind Boston College, because they are good at sports), academically, we are equals to the Ivy Leagues and Georgetown. A fun fact for those that don't know: in the days of religious intolerance in Massachusetts, Holy Cross was not allowed to confer degrees because it is a Catholic institution. Bishop Fenwick, the founder of Holy Cross and Georgetown, signed the diplomas and they had to say Georgetown even though the students were studying at Holy Cross in Massachusetts. Anyway, HC continues to be one of the United States' top college's academically and it shows from the caliber of professors and the students. In 2014, Holy Cross jumped the rankings in US News & World Report and was ranked 25th in the US among liberal arts colleges. In PayScale's 2012-2013 study, Holy Cross ranked 7th in the nation amongst liberal arts schools for mid-career salary potential. HC has consistently been ranked by Barron's Guide to US Colleges and Universities as one of 50 of the ¨most academically demanding colleges across America¨, sharing this ranking with the Ivies, BC, Georgetown, and Notre Dame. The Princeton Review also gave Holy Cross a 98/99 academic rating, where only 5 other colleges were awarded a higher rating. Holy Cross flourishes in fellowships and grants such as Watson, Fullbright, and Rhodes. HC professors are a critical piece of this puzzle to the student's success and for this, we are grateful! My experience with Dynamy began…read morealmost ten years ago when I hosted my first intern from the program at a psychiatric facility I was overseeing. From my first experience with Dynamy, I could tell they truly cared about the students, the community and those they worked with. I loved it so much, that I eventually went to work for Dynamy. I spent 4 1/2 years there working with students, overseeing residential life and strengthening our bonds in the community. The culture, team and students made this easily some of the most memorable and enjoyable moments of my professional life. Fortunately and unfortunately, I moved on to pursue my bigger career aspirations. However, in my new role as a Director for a local Worcester technology company, I have made sure to maintain the connection to Dynamy. We host at least two interns per semester and the communication, follow through and genuine caring of the Dynamy staff toward the students and internship sponsors is still astounding. We love working with Dynamy and the interns have helped transform the way we are able to do business. Students work on web design, graphic design, content creation and more. Although I don't work at Dynamy anymore, I still consider it a second home. If you or your son or daughter are considering a gap year program, then Dynamy should be the first place you check out.

You will get tickets for parking when there isn't any parking and you have to resort to parking wrong to make a test. This place should be ashamed in so many levels. Seriously negative 5 stars man. I am amazed how much the university has grown over the years and the campus is so beautiful. I had a phenomenal experience in my four years there on campus and the nursing program was fantastic. I do some precepting of nursing students in my roles now from other colleges and I must say I feel WSU prepared me far better for real world work than many other programs I have come into contact with. The professors were tough but they cared about our successes and pushed us to do our best and grow and for that I am thankful as I am a seasoned nurse now and it provides me with a solid base for my career now.
