I'm only adding a review to warn people that this place literally does not exist. We drove to the address and it was an empty building. We drove to another address we found online and it was a flea market. Good luck! read more

Specialties

We are a local family owned bakery that specializes in making artisan products from scratch. We consider our business to be the only full service bakery found locally. Our products include fresh breads, donuts, pastries, coffee and espresso drinks and much much more. We pride ourselves on providing a great customer experience not often found in today’s marketplace.

History

Established in 2021.

In 2021 Beckaroo’s and The Bread Guy was started as a cottage bakery operating out of our home kitchen serving local farmers markets and other local events. For Three years we built the business before opening our first location inside the local Save U More Store. In the summer of 2025 we opened our second location “Part2” and added Alaskan Roasted Coffee and Espresso Drinks along with specialty freezes and smoothies. We differentiate ourselves from other local shops by serving high quality drinks that we refer to as “Instagram Worthy”. We want every drink, desert or meal a customer receives to be that persons high point of their day. We enjoy providing a relaxing atmosphere where people can come together over a meal or drink. The first thing we tell our employees is “People Eat With Their Eyes First” if what you make doesn’t catch the customers eye we don’t sell it. People will return after trying that product due to the quality and taste!!

The Kenai Quarter burger was the perfect size for both me and my husband, with quality toppings. I even thought the fries were decent; they're the hand cut, peels still on style, which I don't usually like but they weren't limp and greasy. The beer selection wasn't to my liking, but I'm weird and only like dark beer. I tried the house root beer instead and really liked it. My IPA-loving husband thought the beer selection had something for everybody, and enjoyed the ones he tried. Overall, a great place to visit when you want to get off the river and I will definitely be coming back.

There's garlic on that pizza in the sauce. I told her that this is a ridiculous amount and could send her photos. She said they're too busy and to bring the pizza back the next day to double check they made it right. Pretty bad all around!
