One of our pups was uncomfortable with us leaving and I felt so bad for her. Within about 30 mins of us leaving I received a photo of her cuddling up with Laurel on a chair. She was great from then on. Looked like there was lots of play time. They were so content when I returned. We even had issues with our security system which would have rattled me if I was staying in someone else's home, but they handled the situation calmly and responsibly. Stacie found some broken glass in our driveway and had no problem cleaning it up. I highly recommend both Stacie and Laurel and will definitely be calling them again!

Asking me where they should walk her impressed me because, " They were very aware that my baby had dealt with a lot. They approached her carefully, asking where she normally walked. They were only let out for a few minutes, and on one visit, they weren't taken outside at all. Numerous visits were shorter than the 20-minute minimum I paid for. Megan, the owner, initially seemed very concerned and agreed to comp 5 visits as requested. After waiting 1.5 months for the refund (If the account was hacked, COMMUNICATE the lengthy delay. But you were shocked the multiple times I reached out saying I didn't have the refund), I received a check for only 2 visits. When I reached out again, she went back on our agreement and started making excuses, claiming she agreed to comp 4 visits (then why send a check for 2?) and that it was storming all 4 days, which prevented the walks. Both excuses are untrue. I have the email confirming the agreement for 5 visits, which she refuses to acknowledge although it's in writing, and I watched every doorbell video of her team coming and going--there were no storms during their visits. Why didn't she mention the weather 1.5 months ago when she acknowledged the poor service? If you want your pets properly cared for and expect good customer service, DO NOT USE LOVE BUGS.
