Very disappointed, the owner came a few weeks ago to evaluate several small jobs needed in my home, he made a list of the items . His attitude was to instead of repairing anything was to just replace it, which led me to believe the costs would be higher. I was not given an estimate and time required to get the jobs completed. The day he came to do the job/s, he didn't have his list and it was up to me to have to go over again what needed to be done. He stated that his son was coming to bring a part and the next thing I knew his son was installing a ceiling fan in my room. He never indicated this. His son informed me that a part came in the box broken so the job was not fully completed. The job took about 4 hours the most and the owner had to leave and come back during that time. Upon completion of the job, not having any idea what the estimated costs may be, I received a part and labor final costs and he was defensive if I asked about the details. The work outside lights to be timed were incorrect and I had to call him the following week to return and fix, and when I received the ceiling fan part, I reached out to the owner and he never returned my call.
Very unprofessional, during the work, he offered unwanted discussion, and he also made me uncomfortable with some of his personal questions toward me. I still have no understanding of what his exact fees are for the work, but he managed the next day to cash my check even as I see it , the work was considered "incomplete". read more
