I cannot say enough good things about the Chatsworth Ingles. I have lived in this community for 45…read moreyears and had many grocery shopping experiences in different places. The expansion of the store many years ago was truly an economic blessing for our town as we do not have big box retailers to shop. As a former member of our city council, it is much appreciated when businesses choose to invest more infrastructure or services in your community. The store is bright, clean, and spacious. Too many stores try to cram too much into their allotted space, not this store. Shopping here is truly a pleasure. In fact, I see many familiar faces from Dalton, the larger neighboring city, coming to shop our Ingles. With the addition of the super large salad bar, the deli with added Asian inspired choices, the terrific meat and seafood department, nice seasonal plants, and the Starbucks, I am an appreciative regular customer. The bonus points they offer for gas savings really add up and mean my fill-ups are usually at least 30-cents to $1 cheaper than anywhere else. Then, to top all this off, they stock a wonderful produce department with hard to find items for recipes that I favor, in addition to the highest quality ORGANIC choices that are unmatched anywhere around! Thank you, Ingles Chatsworth and the entire staff, for investing in our community and its residents.

I am a paying customer literally sitting in a corner minding my own business and editing business contracts. Of course I will not be returning, but this is truly an abusive way to treat customers. It's a wonder they have any business to start with. Would be a good idea to post public signs specifying how long customers are welcome in the store if they do not want professionals working remotely to work in their cafe space. The manager never approached me once to express a single grievance. I sincerely home this store goes out of business or the general manager reads this and follows up with the management staff.
