A great shop, and good customer service considering that they have a lot of competition on this busy shopping road. If you do plan on spending some time here, then best park round the corner by the S N D Supermarket, as the road and side roads are too busy.

The other diamonds were covered in metal also. When I complained I was treated like a complete idiot. I was told the ring was fine and "what did I know about jewelry" he also leant over the counter and laughed in my face while I was crying. He told me my "so called £300 ring wasn't worth anything".... So he's got a crying woman with a ruined engagement ring and as a jeweller he's telling me to shut up as its not worth his time! He took my ring back to "fix" the damage I was insisting he'd caused..... He took the replacement diamond out (along with 2 others) refunded my repair money and left me with an unwearable engagement ring, due to how squashed and damaged it is.
