If clean lashes is key to retention wouldn't you want to start with clean lashes?? Using a lash bath as an add on when it should be included in the service is being cheap and cutting corners. I texted 2 days later as She quickly responded and said she could possibly get me in at 9:30 that morning but would confirm at 8:30 that same morning. . I had no car at that time and asked if I could come later ....with no response. I gave her any day just could only come mornings. ... no response. A couple days later I followed up and again she you can come now ( 4pm). I replied with appreciation and a thank you but reminded her I wasn't able to come mornings. I again told her any mornings would be available. .... No response.... Total avoidance. Have not heard anything from her after that. $180.00 work of very scarce lashes.
