I've had numerous procedures, from biopsies to blue light treatment to surgeries for skin cancer, and each provider has always taken excellent care of me. I think I've had over a dozen surgical procedures, including Mohs surgery, and each time, everything is explained thoroughly, and all of my questions are answered. For melanoma surgery, Dr. Johnson refers me to a general surgeon, and I appreciate that he recognizes the complexity of melanoma treatment. Dr. Johnson has also been treating my son, who has a rare genetic disease that can manifest with skin tumors, and he's been very satisfied with his care, as well. Sarah has been especially pivotal in making sure that my skin checks are performed regularly and that any necessary procedures get scheduled and taken care of as soon as possible. She's always so kind and patient, and I appreciate her so much! I also have nothing but great things to say about the nurses and the office staff. And in order to even get labs requested, you will have to spend multiple weeks going back-and-forth with her. When she misdiagnoses you and you call to let her know that your symptoms have gotten drastically worse, she will continue dismissing and continue prescribing things without confirming what is causing your symptoms. Because of her, i will now have permanent scarring all over my body for the rest of my life. I would highly discourage anybody from seeing this care provider. If you are looking for somebody who cares about their patient and listens to their patients thoroughly, this would not be the provider you would like to see.

You're locked into a contract and cannot get your money back and can't sue. and you must pay before you walk through the door That is not something I'm interested in doing especially with a laser that you can't find out like for a thermage treatment which is a couple thousand dollars whether they use a tip that has 300 pixels 900 pixels if they use it on one patient or three patient basically you don't know what you're getting until you walk through the door very well could be getting a useless laser tip. so I would probably steer clear of this place for sure on lasers due to the lack of accountability and signing away your legal rights before you even get in the door. It seems that they don't want to answer specific questions with the specific provider. They have somebody highly trained that they're going to give you a consultation with, but that doesn't mean anything about who's going to be seeing you when you walk into the clinic door and how they're trained or what products they are using and what strength in other words what they're selling and what they're using are probably too very different things because they are commissioned to sales people that you're talking to and they don't know anything about what goes on in that clinic but they'll tell you yes to every question you ask.
