I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared. I ended up having to give her a massage myself when she got home just to work out the knots he claimed weren't there. They were clearly there and didn't need much pressure to feel. We feel completely ripped off after paying nearly $200 for a professional service that provided zero improvement.
