So I scheduled my 13 years old's appointment with the suggested girl. When I took her in today. I was told that she charges the same for color weave $140 and $40 to trim her ends. I made sure I told the stylist that my daughter wanted to be pretty blond. when I went back 3 hrs later, my daughter wasn't as blond as i requested and when she checked my out, my total was now $240. I said $80 more than I was told??? she said they had to use extra color. $80 for more color??? and for color that was not as blond as asked for.... Needless to say, we will not be returning or recommending.

The general manager and other two women who came to help us were incredibly rude. They argued with us on the shade the entire time, and all the colors they tried on my face did not match at all (made me look pasty white). When we showed them a photo of my wedding makeup, the manager made a disgusted face. Obviously, not a big deal that we disagreed on shade, but we came in wanting a product- why argue with us? Then, she brought over 2 other women. The 3 women then went over to a corner and were very clearly whispering about me. I could hear them talking and looking in my direction. When they came over again, one of the women tried to apply a new foundation color to my face. She said she wanted me to put on my own primer and when I held out my hand to do so, she said "no". I was kind of in shock and was like what?? And then she said "you have dirt all over your hands". I was like ummm no? And then she DOUBLED DOWN and picked up my hand and was like "is that not dirt all over?" (It was most certainly not, we had been out shopping, I had not touched anything, my hands had no dirt). I said out loud, "wow that was so rude" and she just laughed it off and continued applying. We ended up leaving and going to Sephora. They were so friendly there and did a full skin scan. Lo and behold, the shade we wanted originally was recommended on the Sephora skin scan, so we were not crazy for disagreeing. Overall a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone, and given the choice between ulta and Sephora I would choose Sephora every time now. 0 stars if I could.
