The atmosphere is top notch, they're VERY cleanly, and extremely detailed consultation. I've had Brylee a couple of times and she is such a sweetheart and very accommodating. The first time I saw her we had great conversation and laughs and the second time I went I felt bad because I was so quiet but it was because the day before I had a terrible day and once she ​got to shampooing my hair it was so relaxing that the d​ay before melted away in the sink for me.‍ I ​was able to just relax and disassociate a little without ANY pressure of conversation, she seems to understand that some people are talkative and some are not, s​o I love the duality. I will absolutely book with her again. I usually go 8 weeks but I'm already excited to book with her again.

She was very kind and the environment was relaxed. I showed her pictures of what I wanted (I had 3 different color schemes/styles to show her) and I basically trusted her to use her judgement and do what she thought was best. I'm not hard to please but I want quality work. The other stylists were funny and nice. I enjoyed the overall environment of the salon. Kimi took her time while coloring, it was a detailed and delicate process. I really appreciated her attention to detail (especially once I saw it dry). I have been going to super cuts since I moved to Maine and it's been okay, but hardly what I wanted. When Kimi cut my hair it was as if she fixed anything that was ever wrong with it. Not to put down the people I have been to before, but Kimi really paid attention and took her time. The finished product is beautiful! We decided to keep it warm and I can come back to lighten it as I wish. I honestly have not had better results with my hair before and I'm extremely happy with her work. I left after nearly three hours with mangled clumps of lashes, sparse individual lashes, and little to no self esteem left for myself because I looked ridiculous. A full set of lashes by a trained technician shouldn't take THREE hours...but it did this time because we talked about her political beliefs, her stance on homosexuality, and how she feels about the currents events in America. I typically don't care if my service providers talk during whatever service I'm there to get done, but this was just agonizing. I could not wait to leave. After nearly three hours and nothing to show for it, I left and cried in my car. My lashes were absolutely horrible and looked as if I glued them on myself. I cannot speak on other services offered here, but I'd highly advise researching other studios.

Not only did she make my hair soft and beautiful, she was able to keep length. I have cried after every haircut since I was 11 and had my hair cut like a Karen (early 90's were rough) against my will. This is the first time I felt better after a cut.
