I have reached out to the owner Dr. Wilkerson of The Best U Now several times only to be ignored after sending him pictures of my results, that he requested. This place is organized and unprofessional. Do not spend your money here unless you plan on going through full surgery just to have the same results that you had prior to having surgery. After having 360 lipo I still have a huge stomach and there is still a lot fat present. The results of my surgery could not be seen even a month out, you could still see that there is fat still present. Now 6 months out the results have not changed. I am not still swollen and I am sad to have came to terms that these are my results. Please save your money, time and disappointment. All the red flags were there that this place didn't care about the customer just about shuffling people in and out quickly! Now I will have to go through surgery again if I want real results.

Asked cashier and a female manager came over with an attitude and said reading is fundamental, literally calling me illiterate. I asked if I can now use my $7.00 coupon and was told yes. Come to find out you can only use certain increments if the Walgreens cash. So I got upset for being lied to again. Female manager again came over with more of an attitude and told me I need to read the coupon. I said she didn't have to be so rude and she proceeded to raise her voice and tell me again reading is fundamental. I got home and called Walgreens to report a complaint. Not knowing the name of the manager they proceeded to have a female manager from that store call me. WHY? You were aware it was a female manager I had the complaint about, didn't know her name, yet you proceeded to have a female manager call me back. How do I know it wasn't that same manager. I'm done with Walgreens. I've been with Walgreens since I was in my teens. No more since they allow their staff to belittle the customers and don't take it seriously. Shame on Walgreens. I'll find a small family owned pharmacy as I'm sure they'll treat me better.
