She was also really helpful in mapping out exactly what I wanted to get done and what my results would be. She even helped me set up an account to get rewards for every dollar spent. Botox isn't cheap but I did a lot of shopping around and they are competitively priced. Amara is very clean and the staff are very attentive to their clients. I was offered snacks, water and soda multiple times. I didn't have to wait for my appointment although I would have loved to wait because not only are they a hair and med spa they also have a boutique with lots of cute clothes and jewelry. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family

I noticed most of the wigs are long lengths with a few that were a sorter style. (at least on display) I'm sure the longer hair wigs /and or hair pieces can be cut to suit your style if you a shorter length. They carry a mixture of human hair and synthetic hair. All the wigs were of high quality products and were well known brand named companies that I tested. Prices are very reasonable. Lots of wigs products as well anything from shampoo/conditioner to tape, caps, styling brushes etc. They also had a large selection of fake eyelashes. This is a busy store at least it was when I was there. It is located just West of the 201 freeway and Valley Fair Mall. *English and Spanish are spoken here

I felt that they didn't give two shits to offer something as an alternative or recommend another product that was similar or even a similar store. Basically what I'm saying is that those two girls seemed to hate their job and their life. Not a pleasant way to interact with a stranger who's role is to assist you with your shopping needs. I'm giving 2 stars for them being the only beauty supply place open at the time I was out shopping. 7:00 or 8:00 close time. Not bad.

Later that night I went home and brought the bag in started pulling everything out to wash it. The most expensive thing that I bought wasn't there. So I went back to the store and asked if it got left on the counter by chance. The same girl said I am pretty sure I put it in the bag. Oh wait is this it right here. No that is not it. Oh I'm sorry could it have gotten out back? No ! So is there a manager that I can talk to I ask. She says I am the manager. I'm sorry but I let you use all coupons which I am not supposed to do. Well what I say to that is well I would have just brought someone else if you didn't, but you did. And I didn't do anything wrong so I just say do you have an owner I can talk to. I am pretty disappointed since I have bought stuff there twice a week for the last two months. Oh well I guess I won't be back. Sad I just felt like they let me leave with no resolution. If the owner calls to resolve this I will defiantly change my feeling bugs and my review but I'm not sure they will even tell the owner.this also makes me sad because I have recommended this place to so many people because I know it is a small business. I guess we all know where we stand.
